Entries are open for the Plastics Recycling Awards Europe 2026. Seven categories recognise innovation and applications of recycled plastics, with winners to be announced during the 10th anniversary of PRS Europe in Amsterdam on 5–6 May 2026; the entry deadline is 5 December 2025.
Envalior has released its first Sustainability Report, covering January to December 2024 and including a Double Materiality Assessment. The voluntarily prepared report outlines progress and plans across ESG topics, including a 2030 climate transition plan and steps toward ESRS alignment.

Wacker has started serial production of Nexipal Sense silicone sensor laminates and will debut the prefabricated components at K 2025. The automated roll-to-roll process integrates digitally printed electrodes and in-line AI inspection.
KraussMaffei and partners BASF, Rampf and Remondis are industrializing a continuous chemical recycling process for PU insulation foams with up to 30% contamination, producing recycled polyols for rigid foams. The company will also showcase a digitally prepared RimStar metering machine at K 2025.
The Central European Plastics Meeting will take place in Budapest on 16–18 September. The program includes pre-arranged B2B meetings, a networking event, and five themed conferences with industry representatives as speakers.
