Nuki’s fifth-generation Smart Locks use Plexiglas molding compounds from Röhm to retain the brand’s segmented light ring in a significantly miniaturized design. The redesign combines a two-component diffuser and a mechanical light guide to manage light and torque in limited space.
ENGEL shows all-electric PET thin-wall cell, 30% rPET at K 2025
At K 2025, ENGEL will run an all-electric e-motion 420 stack-mould cell to produce thin-wall PET yoghurt cups with 30% bottle-grade rPET. The in-mould labelled parts demonstrate food-contact rPET processing at production scale using injection-compression and digital assistance.
