Turkey premiere: Allrounder Trend - the new global standard

Turkey premiere: Allrounder…

At the 34th Plast Eurasia, held from 3 to 6 December 2025 in Istanbul, Arburg will showcase the Eurasia premiere of its newly developed electric Allrounder Trend series at stand 1114B in hall 11. The exhibit, an Allrounder 1000 e Trend, will run with the new Gestica lite control system and will produce a Cross Knot game of patience to demonstrate cycle stability and handling. With its large catchment area, the trade fair is positioned as an important platform for Arburg and its Turkish subsidiary.

Cagri Ünver, Managing Director of Arburg Turkey, said: "Especially in these challenging times, which we are also experiencing in our markets, we are offering a completely newly developed machine concept. One that is tailored precisely to the current market and customer requirements across all industries". He added: "With the Allrounder Trend, we at are setting a new standard in injection moulding. These electric machines have short delivery lead times, and they are easy to set up, operate and maintain - all available at a truly outstanding price. Coupled with that, we consistently embody the highest standards of quality and backed up by seamless and globally standardised service".

The Allrounder Trend targets standard applications across sectors such as technical injection moulding and electronics. The series is designed for fast start-up, straightforward operation and ease of maintenance. The slim layout helps reduce the footprint in production environments, while the large, easily accessible mould installation space and mould-related interfaces support efficient setup. Peripheral devices can be connected via Plug & Work interfaces, and the cylinder module is designed for quick replacement. The machines are prepared for an IIoT gateway to enable entry into digitalisation. Orders opened in October 2025, with deliveries scheduled from spring 2026.

Allrounder Trend focuses on standard applications

At market launch, the Allrounder Trend is available in four sizes in the clamping force range from 500 to 2,000 kN, combined with electric injection units in sizes 100 to 800. The compact design contributes to an optimised production footprint. Setup is supported by a spacious mould area and clearly arranged interfaces for electronics, pneumatics and cooling water. Plug & Work connections enable rapid integration of peripheral devices, and the cylinder module can be replaced quickly to reduce downtime. Optional retrofits include up to two serial core pulls and freely configurable I/O interfaces, which provide additional flexibility for standardised mould concepts. The machines are prepared for an IIoT gateway, facilitating connectivity and data access as a foundation for digital process optimisation. The exhibit at Plast Eurasia will produce a Cross Knot game of patience as a representative standard part.

Gestica lite: streamlined control and dashboard

Gestica lite is a new, intuitive control variant developed to make operation accessible even to less experienced personnel, with optional smart assistants available. It shares an identical software platform with the Gestica system, and data records are fully intercompatible. The extended user interface is designed to simplify daily tasks while allowing experienced operators to work with enhanced flexibility. A new dashboard provides a clearly structured initial page with essential job information, current process data and direct access to key parameters, supported by assistance functions. Using the touch interface, users can jump directly to detailed parameter pages for the clamping and injection units, temperature control and the robotic system.
