Hasco, Arburg and Polar-Form present the Domino project, a mould concept that uses a 3D-printed hot runner to produce multiple 2-component parts in a compact family mould. The project will be shown live at K 2025 at the Arburg stand, hall/stand 13/A13.
Hasco has extended its thermal insulating sheet range with 6 and 8 mm thicknesses and matching locating flanges, targeting energy efficiency and process stability in injection and compression moulding.
Arburg will present the Allrounder Cube 1800 at K 2025 on stand 13A13, producing two-colour PP caps on a 4+4-cavity Foboha cube mould. The compact cell integrates a six-axis robot to automate removal and aims to shorten cycles and increase output.
Gruniverpal will present GT Cranes upgrades at K Show 2025, including an updated Minidrel 20SL with six proximity sensors, a high-visibility display and next-generation lithium batteries. The company also points to recent international trade fair activity and plans to exhibit in Hall 11, Stand C80.
Sumitomo (SHI) Demag will showcase a 420 t PAC-E cell at K 2025, producing 30 ml medication cups in a 48-cavity tool with high-speed extraction. In partnership with Zubler Handling AG and Otto-Hofstetter AG, the setup targets three-second cycles and up to 57,600 cups per hour.
At K 2025, Arburg will present a turnkey cell built around an Allrounder More 2000 that moulds two-colour ABS dominoes in a 32-cavity hot runner tool, with linear handling and a cobot assembling and packing sets.
BMT will present its Smart prototyping platform at Drinktec 2025, stand C6-531. The system integrates virtual SBM simulation, 3D-printed moulds and lab-scale testing to accelerate and de-risk bottle development.
ENGEL will showcase an expanded temperature control portfolio at K 2025, including ultrasonic-based e-flomo and eco-flomo systems rated up to 160 °C and the new e-flomo one for high flow rates. The solutions target lower scrap, higher process stability and up to 50% reduction in cooling water use.
Gollmer Formen will exhibit at K 2025 in Düsseldorf, presenting its international project planning and procurement services for injection moulds, components, assemblies and turnkey systems. The company highlights its cooperation with Haitian International and its in‑house toolroom in Kirchheim unter Teck.
Hasco Hot Runner introduced the plug insert H12294 for 12 control zones that fits the same mounted housing as previous 6-zone variants while retaining a 16 A load rating. The solution targets limited-space moulds by replacing bulky connection boxes with a compact interface.
Zhafir will present the Zeres medical at K 2025, featuring a live COC syringe barrel application on a ZE1500V-300h. The GMP-compliant platform integrates GoFactory for process monitoring and traceability and offers up to 2,530 bar injection pressure and 300 mm/s injection speed.
