Hasco, as a partner for tool shops and plastics processors, announces a K 2025 presentation of practical innovations and enhancements in mold bases and hot runner systems. The focus remains on digitalization in moldmaking, process reliability, and energy efficiency, with an emphasis on integrating sustainable, future-oriented solutions. The latest products will be demonstrated live in hall/booth 1/C06. The program includes extensions for mold cooling and sliding elements, as well as new accessories that improve safety and transparency in the toolroom. In hot runner technology, Hasco will present applications of additive manufacturing, diagnostic solutions that facilitate detection of wiring faults, and digital, paperless mold documentation that accelerates component identification and ordering of spare parts directly at the mold. The company emphasizes support for customers from concept through final implementation.
Mold base updates
Hasco has expanded its range of cooling solutions. The introduced Ø5 cooling system enables precise cooling of slides and small molds, which is advantageous in complex applications with limited installation space. The portfolio has been supplemented with additional chemicals with NSF H1 certification, meeting high safety requirements in the food industry and in medical technologies.
The new slide lock reduces the risk of damage and slide malfunctions. Additionally, InsertKey enables unambiguous coding of inserts, which improves component identification and increases process reliability in moldmaking.
Hot runner system updates
Hasco hot runner will present developments in additive manufacturing applied to hot runner technology and their relevance for future-oriented mold design. The showcase will include additively manufactured hot runners and filters designed for the highest possible throughput with the lowest possible shear.
Simple mold diagnostics methods stand out, enabling rapid and effective identification of wiring issues from the outset. Among other solutions, fast and intuitive ordering of spare parts will be demonstrated via paperless mold documentation available directly at the tool.
