Gollmer Formen GmbH will make its first appearance at the K trade fair in Düsseldorf in 2025. At the show, it will present developments in sourcing injection moulds, components and assemblies, as well as complete turnkey systems that integrate tooling and equipment into production-ready packages. The scope of supply covers more than standard tooling. According to the company, projects include multi-cavity and large-format moulds, along with 2K and 3K solutions. Lead time and cost efficiency are emphasized through coordinated project management with partner toolshops. In Germany, Gollmer Formen operates a fully equipped mould shop in Kirchheim unter Teck that enables precise and efficient post-delivery changes and corrections. The company also leverages its partner network to carry out on-site mould landings, optimizations and adjustments near customer production sites. This approach is presented as part of a broader strategy focused on supply chain diversification and risk mitigation in global tooling programs.
Turnkey systems with Haitian International
The 2025 booth will highlight turnkey systems that combine an injection moulding machine and an injection mould into a production-ready cell. In cooperation with Haitian International Germany GmbH, Gollmer Formen offers a single-source package comprising the injection moulding machine, the plastic injection mould and the necessary automation. The companies state that such an integrated setup can shorten time to market, enhance competitiveness and provide coordinated technical support during ramp-up and serial production.
