Toyo will mark its centenary at K 2025 with the launch of the all-electric Si-7 injection moulding platform. Live moulding trials will cover packaging and medical applications, with Deckerform supporting the presentation at Hall 13, Stand B11.

Arburg will present the Allrounder Cube 1800 at K 2025 on stand 13A13, producing two-colour PP caps on a 4+4-cavity Foboha cube mould. The compact cell integrates a six-axis robot to automate removal and aims to shorten cycles and increase output.
ENGEL will showcase the Wintec e-win 1800 all-electric injection moulding machine at K 2025, transferring e-mac technology to a standardised platform. The compact series targets small and mid-tonnage applications with short delivery times and a cost-efficient specification.
Sumitomo (SHI) Demag will showcase a 420 t PAC-E cell at K 2025, producing 30 ml medication cups in a 48-cavity tool with high-speed extraction. In partnership with Zubler Handling AG and Otto-Hofstetter AG, the setup targets three-second cycles and up to 57,600 cups per hour.
At K 2025, Arburg will present a turnkey cell built around an Allrounder More 2000 that moulds two-colour ABS dominoes in a 32-cavity hot runner tool, with linear handling and a cobot assembling and packing sets.

At K 2025, Arburg will run an electric Allrounder 720 A on Stand 13A13 to demonstrate injection compressing moulding with in-mould labelling for thin-wall PP cups. The setup targets lower material use and energy consumption, along with reduced clamping force.
At K 2025 ENGEL will present a virtual twin of the duo 5500 combi M, a 55,000 kN two-platen injection moulding machine. The exhibit highlights PUR-based in-mould coating via clearmelt for large automotive components and the substitution of painted metal panels with plastics.
At K 2025, Sumitomo (SHI) Demag will run an all-electric 420t PAC-E caps and closures cell integrating a 72-cavity tool and inline digital cap printing, targeting faster cycles, energy cuts and on-the-fly personalisation.
Chen Hsong will introduce its DMZ multi-material injection molding machines and the iChen Smart Family, including the AI Molder, with a planned debut at K 2025. The release combines precision hardware with connected software for Industry 4.0 workflows.
