DuPont introduces Biomax PTT
DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers announced the introduction of Biomax PTT, which contains up to 35 percent renewably sourced content for packaging applications. Biomax PTT 1100 is especially suitable for use in injectionmolded containers, cosmetic packaging and other parts where polyesters are used.
Drying and cleaning plant for reprocessing of plastics
MAS, the Austrian manufactured, presented at 12th International Fair of Plastics Processing Plastpol, which was held on 27 - 30 May 2008 its new drying and cleaning plant for reprocessing of plastics. Plastpol is one of the largest exhibitions dedicated to the plastics industry not only in Poland, but also in Eastern Europe.
Erema to stage symposium on PET Strapping
Erema, the Austrian manufacturer of plastic recycling systems, and their technology partner Techno Plastic s.r.l., Castelfranco Emilia (Modena), are to hold a special symposium on "PET Strapping", the inline processing of PET bottle flake to make strapping and monofilaments, on the 27th and 28th of October this year.
Erema celebrates its 25 year
This year the 14th of April marks a special anniversary for Erema, the Upper Austrian manufacturer of plastics recycling systems, looking back on a very successful 25 years of company history. What began 25 years ago, with the daring and the idea of three plastics engineers can today more or less be said to be the global standard in the innovative and cost-effective recycling of thermoplastic waste to form high quality secondary raw materials of a grade similar to that of virgin material.
New Weima`s single-shaft shredders
Weima Group has developed last year a new version of the WLK 12 single-shaft shredder for the size reduction of bulky plastic containers and parts with thin gauge wall thicknesses like totes, barrels, drums, tanks. Weima developed also a new Single-Shaft-Shredder: Range WT (Tornado).
