At K 2025, EREMA expands its plasticising technology: EcoGentle is now available for the Intarema series, enabling lower melt temperatures and energy savings in HDPE, LDPE/LLDPE, PP and BOPET recycling, with retrofit options for existing systems.
At K 2025,EREMA will introduce Volex, a water-stripping solution for single-screw extrusion that targets higher degassing in post-consumer recycling. The system reports up to 40 percent lower VOCs versus Intarema TVEplus standard degassing and up to 75 percent versus input material in accordance with VDA 277.
Together with its subsidiary Pla.to, Vecoplan is expanding its dry-cleaning technology offering, from shredding to washing, preparing fractions for mechanical and chemical recycling. The company will present its largest dry-cleaning system to date at K.
