
K 2025, scheduled for 8 to 15 October 2025 in Düsseldorf, will introduce Fair Match, a digital matchmaking service that connects exhibitors and visitors. The tool is designed to make establishing business contacts more targeted and efficient before, during and after the trade fair. At the core is a recommendation engine that compares the interests recorded in visitor profiles with the product categories specified by exhibitors, generating personalised suggestions for suitable business partners. This enables companies to identify potential customers more precisely, while visitors can quickly find relevant suppliers. An integrated chat function supports direct communication and simplifies appointment scheduling without lengthy email exchanges or time consuming coordination. Users can also mark interesting profiles as favourites for quick retrieval. The service remains active beyond the last day of the show, helping participants maintain dialogues and develop new opportunities throughout the year. All communication and scheduling take place within the K app, available free of charge in the App Store and on Google Play. How the tool works
Fair Match is available to both exhibitors and visitors. After registering and redeeming their exhibitor badge code, exhibitors can activate participation with a few clicks. Companies that are already registered for the show can enable the service directly in their personal profile. Visitors register free of charge or log in with their email address to access all functions.

Year-round availability and access
The service does not end with the close of the trade fair. It stays available throughout the year, extending the trade fair experience and supporting continued networking.
