Bieglo GmbH, a specialist in high-performance polymers, is set to showcase an expanded range of advanced materials at K 2025, reflecting its ongoing commitment to innovation and market growth. The company has significantly broadened its portfolio with new products sourced from Asia and the USA, and has entered a new strategic alliance with Pfluon Advanced Materials, a move that underscores Bieglo's ambition to serve demanding sectors such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing.
Strategic PEEK partnership with Pfluon
Bieglo's non-exclusive distribution agreement with Zhejiang Pfluon Technology Co., Ltd. combines Pfluon's expertise in PAEK production and development with Bieglo's established European distribution network. This collaboration aims to deliver advanced PEEK solutions to automotive, aerospace, and industrial markets, leveraging both companies' strengths to address the growing demand for high-performance polymers in these sectors.
Portfolio highlights: advanced polymers for demanding applications
The Bieglo portfolio now features a range of materials designed for high-temperature, high-stress environments. Key products include:
- Aurum thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) from Mitsui Chemicals, offering the highest glass-transition temperature among melt-processable polymers (Tg 245°C). Aurum is used in mechanical components such as bearings and gears, and is increasingly adopted as an insulation material in electrical, electronic, and medical device applications.
- NOWE VC-201 aromatic thermosetting copolyesters from ATSP Innovations, which combine high thermal stability (decomposition above 450°C), low dielectric constant, and excellent dimensional and creep resistance. These materials enhance temperature performance and wear resistance in PTFE composites for demanding uses.
- Celazole PEEK-PBI compounds, blending PBI's high glass-transition temperature (427°C) with PEEK's processability. These compounds offer a heat deflection temperature up to 320°C and are free from PFAS, supporting applications such as seals, bearings, and semiconductor tooling operating above 300°C.
- Meldin 7000 thermoset polyimide series from Omniseal/Saint-Gobain, capable of continuous operation at 315°C and withstanding excursions up to 482°C. Meldin 7000 maintains dimensional stability under repeated thermal cycling and offers self-lubricating grades for dry-running, high-stress applications, meeting aerospace and military standards.
- Dexnyl R-PEEK granules, which close the loop on post-industrial PEEK by recycling residues into high-quality granules. These retain mechanical properties after recycling, enabling cost-effective and sustainable alternatives to virgin PEEK in high-temperature components.
Spartech sheet and film innovations
Following the integration of Spartech's portfolio into Bieglo in 2025, and the earlier acquisition of ASP-Plastics GmbH, Bieglo now offers a comprehensive range of sheet and film solutions for various industries. Notable products include:
- Royalite flame-retardant PVC/ABS and PVC/acrylic sheets, which meet stringent UL, FAR 25.853, and ASTM E-84 FST requirements. These materials provide lightweight, thermoformable solutions for aircraft interiors, battery housings, and transport seating.
- Korad weatherable PMMA films, designed for lamination onto ABS, HIPS, or PVC substrates. These films deliver long-term UV stability, gloss control, and outdoor color fidelity for recreational and building products.
- Polycast cast acrylic, available as sheet, tube, and rod, including special grades for bullet-resistant windows. Polycast offers UL-rated ballistic protection, over 90% light transmission, and optional abrasion-resistant coatings.

Bieglo continues to focus on its core market of mechanical engineering while expanding into electrical and electronic engineering, aerospace, mobility, and defense sectors. During K 2025, Bieglo will present its products and suppliers in Hall 8A, booth B33, highlighting its role as a leading distributor of high-performance polymers in Europe.
