The Start-up Zone at K 2025 will provide a focused platform for emerging technology companies serving the plastics and rubber industry. From 8 to 15 October 2025 in Düsseldorf, 20 exhibitors in Hall 7 will showcase developments addressing data-driven production, resource efficiency, bioplastics and circularity. The area is fully booked and targets decision-makers across the global value chain, offering direct access to new approaches in analytics, process optimization and sustainable materials. A Start-up Pitch is planned for Monday, 13 October 2025 on the stage of the K special show Plastics shape the future in Hall 6, organized by Plastics Europe Germany and Messe Düsseldorf. Selected start-ups will outline their business models and technologies in short presentations to an audience and potential partners. The zone is designed to facilitate practical exchange and networking around concrete solutions to current challenges, such as improving recyclability, integrating interoperable data, scaling bio-based alternatives and advancing digital tools for manufacturing.
