Hennecke Group to present PU systems at Putech Eurasia 2025

Hennecke Group to present…

Hennecke Group will present new and updated technologies for polyurethane processing at Putech Eurasia from 26 to 28 November 2025 in the Istanbul Expo Center, Hall 6, Booth B-230. The company’s exhibit centers on precision metering, energy management and system integration for continuous and discontinuous production. Highlights include the next generation metering machines controlled via the Foamatic platform, solutions for technical insulation based on rigid PUR foam, and continuous lines for steel-faced sandwich panels. The portfolio emphasizes precise dosing, consistent process control and options that support resource efficiency and waste reduction.

The next generation metering machines combine high dosing accuracy, energy efficiency and an intuitive HMI via Foamatic. Energy-saving functions provided by Blue Intelligence, including start-stop logic and optimized temperature management, are standard and target overall power consumption. An optional IoT connection enables predictive maintenance and process optimization. For applications in technical insulation, Hennecke will feature the Highline MK2 TI series, designed for fast and precise mold filling in automated production using reactive rigid PUR foam systems and common blowing agents such as pentane or HFO formulations. Under the company’s local-for-local strategy, identical performance data are offered worldwide while the technical design is adapted to regional requirements.

Next generation metering machines

The new metering platform is built around Foamatic, which provides a uniform control architecture and an HMI geared to simple and safe process handling. The integration of Blue Intelligence delivers energy-related functions as standard equipment, aiming to reduce idle and operating consumption through start-stop routines and temperature control. With the optional IoT interface, users can connect machines for condition monitoring, enabling predictive maintenance measures and data-driven optimization of dosing parameters.

Technical insulation and recycling highlights

The Highline MK2 TI series targets technical insulation production where highly reactive rigid PUR foam formulations require short filling times and precise control. The capability to reliably process blowing agents such as pentane and HFO formulations is designed to stabilize part quality and cycle times. The platform is offered globally with consistent performance figures, while the design adapts to local market needs in line with Hennecke’s local-for-local approach.

For in-process recycling of rigid PUR foam, the Ecofiller Plus MK2 feeds shredded cutting waste in powder form directly back into production. During manufacturing of PUR sandwich elements, the system meters and mixes the powder homogeneously. This supports resource conservation and contributes to circularity principles, and the approach can be applied beyond sandwich panels to numerous rigid PUR foam applications.

Sandwich panel production and in-line recycling

The latest generation of the fully electric Panelmaster Steel is designed for the continuous production of steel sandwich panels. The system targets an annual capacity of up to 2 million square meters, with production speeds up to 15 m/min and variable panel thickness from 20 to 300 mm. The newly developed MiWo concept for mineral wool processing addresses energy efficiency and fire protection requirements. Foamatic control is integrated to provide operational reliability and a consistent system architecture across line components.

In combination with Panelmaster Steel, Ecofiller Plus MK2 closes material loops by returning production waste to the process, reducing disposal and the demand for virgin raw materials. Hennecke’s team will be available in Hall 6, Booth B-230 to discuss specific configurations for polyurethane applications, from metering to continuous panel production and in-line recycling.
