At ProPak Asia 2026, Synergy will present its portfolio of integrated PET packaging solutions aimed primarily at water and soft drinks producers. The presentation will take place at stand AG 28 in hall C2. The range of technologies on display includes solutions for blowing, filling and capping, as well as digital systems supporting line uptime. The company emphasizes that its approach focuses on reducing resource losses, maintaining packaging quality and durability, and ensuring production scalability as demand grows. As Ashish Deshpande, Managing Director of Synergy India, stated, "Focused on soft drinks and water applications, Synergy's reliable packaging solutions reflect its promise of 'high performance, simple execution' while enabling sustainability goals, raising hygiene standards, and ensuring simplicity and scalability of operations as industry demand grows." The company also reports that its systems are designed and assembled in Pune, India, while customer support is provided through a network of commercial partners operating in India, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
Combi solution for water lines
The central element of the display will be Synergy Combi, a solution intended for water production that integrates blowing, filling and capping into a single production process. According to the company, this configuration is designed to simplify line design and reduce operational complexity. At the same time, the system is intended to provide stable performance and meet the requirements of stringent hygiene standards in water production environments.
Synergy points out that water remains the most important beverage category in the world, and the importance of affordable product availability combined with appropriate hygienic conditions continues to increase. The company also indicates changing consumer needs and preferences that affect the development of this market segment. Reducing the number of interfaces between machines and optimizing the machine footprint are intended to help water producers streamline operations while maintaining stable operating parameters and ease of use.
Blowing of PET and recycled PET
The stand will also feature blowing technologies in both rotary and linear versions. One of the machines on display will be the Synergy SR 8 rotary blow moulder. The machine has been designed for processing PET and recycled PET and, according to the manufacturer's information, is intended to combine reliable operation with energy efficiency. For this reason, it is positioned as a solution for water and carbonated soft drink filling applications.
The output of the SR 8 reaches 18,000 bottles per hour for the 1 l format. The machine is part of the company's broader portfolio, which also includes Combi systems, labellers and palletizers, allowing complete packaging lines to be built. The manufacturer also states that its range of blow moulders can handle more complex bottle designs through selective heating. The available solutions also include versions for wide-neck jars and handled bottles, expanding the range of packaging formats supported for the water and beverage industry.
Digital tools and low-pressure blowing
In addition to machinery, Synergy announces the presentation of digital solutions and services supporting uptime, stability and operational control of water filling lines. These tools cover diagnostics, monitoring, preventive maintenance and operator support. Their purpose is to help maintain stable production and reduce unplanned downtime throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Visitors will also be able to learn more about the LBP, or Low Blowing Pressure, solution. This system has been developed to reduce compressed air consumption during PET bottle production while maintaining bottle quality, process stability and production output. Synergy emphasizes that its team will be available during the exhibition to discuss how these solutions support higher efficiency, cost control and the implementation of sustainability objectives. Synergy is part of the Sidel group, which will also present its packaging solutions for beverage, food, home care and cosmetics producers at the trade fair.
