RadiciGroup included in Europe’s…

RadiciGroup has been included in the “Europe’s Climate Leaders 2026” ranking, prepared by the Financial Times in cooperation with Statista. The ranking highlights European companies that have achieved significant progress in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The assessment was based on independently reported environmental data, with particular emphasis on the reduction of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions in 2024 and improvements in emissions intensity over a multi-year period.

RadiciGroup’s inclusion in the ranking is intended to reflect the measurable effects of its decarbonisation pathway. The company states that this result is linked to a structured sustainability strategy focused on improving energy efficiency, increasing the share of renewable energy, and advancing the decarbonisation of industrial processes across its global operations. The recognition also fits into the Group’s broader sustainability roadmap under the “From Earth to Earth” banner, which sets the direction for actions and investments through 2030 and is intended to support a long-term transformation of its business model. Within this strategy, 2024 marks the achievement of an important milestone, with further progress in reducing core emissions, in line with the ongoing decarbonisation efforts.

Decarbonisation and energy efficiency

As stated, the ranking is based on the analysis of independently reported environmental data, and one of the main criteria was the reduction of operational emissions and the improvement of emissions intensity indicators over a longer period. In RadiciGroup’s case, the assessment covered measures related to energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy, and the reduction of the emissions intensity of industrial processes.

Elisa Gelmi, Head of Sustainability at RadiciGroup, said: "Being included in this ranking is a recognition of the progress we are making and the consistency of our approach to reducing environmental impact. We will continue to invest in efficiency, innovation and lower-carbon solutions to support the transition towards a more sustainable industrial model, both for us and for our customers, creating long-term value together."

The company also stated that, as it enters a new phase within the combined platform with Domo Engineered Materials, it brings with it its track record to date, its established commitments, and the ambition to further accelerate its decarbonisation pathway at a larger scale.
