At ProPak Asia 2026, Sidel will present technologies related to smart manufacturing, the design and operation of complete lines, and digital solutions that help plants improve efficiency, flexibility and the sustainability of processes. The showcase will cover both systems for the production and packaging of beverages, food and products from the household chemicals and cosmetics segment, as well as solutions intended for various packaging formats. The company highlights its experience in delivering complete lines and supporting customers in adapting processes to increasing production complexity and changing market requirements. The trade fair will be an opportunity for Sidel to present an offering that includes advanced engineering, services and digital tools supporting the operation and optimisation of lines throughout the entire lifecycle of an installation.
Sidel states that its solutions are designed for different user groups, from line managers and operators to maintenance teams. The aim is to meet complex production requirements while increasing equipment availability, line performance and operational reliability. The company also emphasises the importance of project management, smart services and technical support, which are intended to help maintain high production efficiency over the longer term.
Complete solutions for lines and multiple packaging formats
At the booth, visitors will be able to learn about Sidel's approach to the design, installation, optimisation and support of production lines. The company says the systems are tailored to individual customer needs in order to streamline operations, maximise output and reduce downtime.
The showcased offer includes solutions for PET bottles, cans, glass, as well as cartons, tubes and pouches. According to the company, these capabilities make it possible to serve applications in the beverage and food industries as well as in the household chemicals and cosmetics segment, using automation and digital technologies.
Technologies for efficiency and product safety
One of the solutions on display will be EvoBLOW Laser, a PET bottle blow moulding technology that uses laser heating instead of traditional ovens. According to Sidel, this solution enables precise and selective heating of preforms, supporting the design of lighter bottles, improving material utilisation and reducing energy consumption.
The company will also present the Aseptic Predis X4 aseptic solution for sensitive beverage applications. As stated, the system is intended to provide a higher level of food safety, simpler operation and improved line performance.
Digital solutions and low-pressure PET blowing
An important part of the showcase will be Sidel's portfolio of digital tools. These solutions are intended to support manufacturers through data-based analytics, predictive maintenance and real-time line optimisation. According to the company, their use helps improve operational decision-making, reduce downtime and continuously enhance the production environment.
Visitors will also be able to explore the Synergy low-pressure blowing kit, developed for the cost-effective production of PET bottles at low and medium output rates. This solution was designed with reliability and flexibility in mind. As Sidel indicates, it complements the company's offering for developing markets in Asia, Africa and the Middle East, where simplified design, proven technology and service support are particularly important.
Loic Leon, Sidel's Vice President for Southeast Asia and the Pacific, said: "ProPak Asia 2026 is an important opportunity for Sidel to show how smart manufacturing helps producers increase line performance, flexibility and the sustainability of processes. By combining proven expertise in complete line solutions with innovations such as Aseptic Predis X4, EvoBLOW Laser and digital services, we help customers across the region respond effectively to changing production challenges."
