Sidel has announced its participation in ProPak Asia 2026, which will take place on 10-13 June at the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani centre in Bangkok. At booth AG 28 in hall C2, the company will present technologies related to smart manufacturing, the design and operation of complete lines, as well as digital solutions supporting the efficiency, flexibility and sustainability of production processes. The scope of the presentation will cover systems intended for the beverage industry as well as solutions for the food sector and the household and personal care segment. According to the company, visitors will be able to see Aseptic Predis X4, EvoBLOW Laser, digital services and multi-format packaging solutions. Sidel emphasises that it is developing its offering as a supplier of comprehensive production solutions combining engineering, automation and support throughout the successive stages of line operation.
The company also points to its more than 40 years of experience in complete lines for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage production. These capabilities are intended to help customers address the growing complexity of processes and changing market requirements. The presentation will focus on solutions designed for different user groups, from line managers and operators to maintenance departments. The aim of these systems is to meet complex production requirements while increasing equipment availability, line performance and operational reliability. The company also plans to present an approach covering design, installation, performance optimisation and support throughout the entire lifecycle of an installation.
Complete lines and handling of multiple packaging types
One of the main themes of Sidel's presence at the trade fair will be its comprehensive expertise in production lines. The company states that it offers integrated systems tailored to individual customer needs, aimed at streamlining plant operations, maximising productivity and reducing downtime. Its competence covers the handling of bottles made from different materials, with varying shapes and strength parameters.
Sidel says it supports manufacturers of PET packaging, cans and glass, as well as cartons, tubes and pouches. This broad application base is intended to enable projects for beverages, food, and household and personal care products, using automation solutions and digital technologies.
New technologies for productivity and energy savings
At the booth, the company will showcase EvoBLOW Laser, which it describes as a next-generation PET bottle blowing system. The solution uses laser heating instead of conventional ovens, which is intended to enable precise and selective heating of preforms. According to the manufacturer, this approach supports the design of lighter bottles, improves material efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
The company will also present aseptic solutions, including the Aseptic Predis X4 system, intended for beverage applications requiring a high level of product safety. According to information provided by Sidel, the solution is designed to deliver greater food safety, simpler operation and better line performance.

Digital solutions and low-pressure PET blowing
The display will also include Sidel's expanding portfolio of digital solutions. These tools are intended to support manufacturers through data-based analytics, predictive maintenance and real-time line optimisation. In practice, this is expected to facilitate operational decision-making, reduce downtime and support continuous improvement of the production environment.
Visitors will also be able to learn more about the Synergy low-pressure blowing kit, designed for cost-effective PET bottle production in low- and medium-speed applications. According to the company, the solution was designed with reliability and flexibility in mind. It is intended to complement Sidel's offering for developing markets in Asia, Africa and the Middle East, where simplified machine design and service support are particularly important.
As Loic Leon, Sidel's Vice President for Southeast Asia and the Pacific, said, "ProPak Asia 2026 is an important opportunity for Sidel to demonstrate how smart manufacturing helps producers increase line efficiency, flexibility and sustainability. By combining proven expertise in complete line solutions with innovations such as Aseptic Predis X4, EvoBLOW Laser and digital services, we help customers across the region successfully address changing production challenges."
