The Bodo Möller Chemie Group has announced the expansion of its specialty chemicals portfolio through a new distribution partnership with Rain Carbon. Starting July 1, 2025, Bodo Möller Chemie will become the official distributor of Novares hydrocarbon resins and Ruetasolv solvents in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. From October 2025, the company will have exclusive distribution rights for these products in the region. This partnership aims to reinforce Bodo Möller Chemie's position as a key supplier of raw materials for the paints, adhesives, and rubber industries in Central and Eastern Europe.
New opportunities for the CASE industry
Rain Carbon is a global producer of advanced carbon products, utilizing innovative calcination and distillation processes for over 150 years to transform industrial by-products into high-quality raw materials. Under the new distribution agreement, Bodo Möller Chemie will distribute two key Rain Carbon product lines: Novares resins and Ruetasolv solvents. These products are primarily intended for use in the coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers (CASE) sectors. As a result, manufacturers of paints, adhesives, and rubber goods will gain access to a broad portfolio and the technical support of Bodo Möller Chemie's experienced sales team.
Close cooperation with Rain Carbon will provide customers with proven raw material solutions characterized by high quality and reliability in industrial processes. The distribution agreement initially covers Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, with plans to expand cooperation to additional Central and Eastern European markets.
