The MPK crystallizer stands out for its user-focused design: the cone opening allows for safe and rapid cleaning and production changes, while maintenance is simplified by removable, adjustable blades tailored to different material types. The entire process is managed via an advanced 10-inch color touchscreen, ensuring intuitive operation and precise control.
Energy efficiency is further enhanced by the patented Spyro shockproof stainless steel hopper finishing, which insulates the mixer body and minimizes heat loss. Optional features such as the Vortex filtration device - capable of intercepting dust particles as small as 20 microns - and the Purex condensate separator, which removes oily or resinous impurities from post-consumer materials, contribute to higher product quality and longer equipment autonomy.

On display on the mezzanine will be the XD 800 X series dryer, an innovative solution tailored for large-scale PET and technical polymer production. This dryer employs self-adaptive technology to optimize process conditions and reduce energy consumption. Its variable airflow system automatically adjusts to production requirements, ensuring optimal air supply while protecting the polymer from thermal stress and viscosity changes. The turbo compressor and energy recovery system further enhance efficiency, and the unit operates without the need for compressed air or cooling water. User-friendly control is provided by a touch view interface, requiring only the selection of material type and throughput for fully automated process management.
Precision dosing for quality and efficiency
To meet high standards in finished product quality and performance, Moretto emphasizes the importance of sophisticated dosing systems. The DGM Maxi Gravix series of gravimetric batch blenders are designed for large throughput applications, handling up to 12,000 kg/h and up to 12 components. The system's exclusive dosing eyelids provide rapid response times of just 40 ms, ensuring precise dosing, while the double-effect mixer guarantees a homogeneous blend. A model from the 900 series, optimized for flakes and chips, will be featured at the show, demonstrating Moretto's commitment to modularity and flexibility in dosing technology.
