Single-circuit water temperature controllers for up to 120 °C deliver high flow rates thanks to the special pump design. The units are equipped with an automatic filling system with pressure monitoring, as well as pressure gauges located in the supply and return lines. Self-optimizing microprocessor control operates with an accuracy of ±1 °C.
Thanks to a precise proportional valve in the cooling circuit, actuated by an in-line stepper motor, the controller can respond even more precisely to process changes. The flow rate is continuously adjustable. Because the proportional valve has no diaphragm, maintenance effort is reduced and the unit’s service life is extended. The high control precision improves the application’s energy efficiency.
A new feature across the entire Tempro series of temperature controllers is a 3.5-inch color TFT LCD display. The new device status visualization further simplifies operation of the controller. Compared with the previous seven-segment display, it offers a much clearer overview and intuitive menu navigation.
