FCS Group made a notable impact at the 2025 Taichung Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition, drawing significant attention from industry professionals and visitors alike. The company’s booth was a hub of activity, with technical discussions centered around its latest smart injection molding technologies. FCS presented two flagship machines: the CT-230R all-electric two-component injection molding machine and the SA-160 toggle hydraulic injection molding machine, both equipped with advanced intelligent manufacturing features. The strong interest from attendees translated into the achievement of onsite sales goals and the generation of nearly 30 potential deals valued at over NT$30 million, underscoring the market’s enthusiasm for intelligent molding solutions.
Smart manufacturing and versatile molding in focus
The exhibition’s theme, "Smart Manufacturing × Versatile Molding," was exemplified by FCS’s two showcased models, both integrated with the iMF 4.0 intelligent manufacturing system. The CT-230R all-electric machine, featuring dual injection units and energy-efficient servo drives, delivers precise control and low energy consumption, making it ideal for multi-color or multi-material household product manufacturing. Meanwhile, the SA-160 toggle hydraulic machine debuted with five integrated intelligent modules, including real-time energy consumption monitoring, carbon footprint tracking, synchronized nozzle heating, and mold cooling water flow control. Its seamless connectivity with smart factory platforms enhances process stability and data transparency.
During the event, FCS not only engaged visitors with live demonstrations but also secured two on-site orders for the SA series, reflecting the market’s recognition of its smart capabilities and flexible molding performance. The booth attracted professionals from diverse sectors such as toolmaking, household goods, and mold manufacturing, who expressed particular interest in dual-color molding stability and intelligent module data monitoring. In-depth discussions on equipment and process parameters highlighted the growing demand for advanced, data-driven manufacturing solutions.

Industry recognition and upcoming innovations at Taimold
A highlight of the exhibition was the visit from a VIP delegation of the Taiwan Plastics Industry Association, who received a guided tour and technical briefing at the FCS booth. Their positive feedback further validated FCS’s leadership in intelligent equipment and process integration. Although Typhoon Danas led to an early closure of the exhibition, FCS is already preparing for its next major appearance at the 2025 Taipei International Mold & Smart Molding Equipment Exhibition (Taimold 2025), scheduled for August 20–23.
At Taimold, FCS will introduce the innovative FB-100C sandwich/color mixing injection molding machine. This model allows ordinary monochrome molds to be used for multi-component products, thanks to independently controlled injection units that enable various pattern effects. It also streamlines the production of items with different outer and inner-layer materials, transforming traditional two-step insert molding into a single-step process. Integration with the iMF 4.0 system supports real-time data monitoring and intelligent process tracking, facilitating the digital transformation of production lines.
FCS’s ongoing commitment to innovation is evident in its focus on intelligent equipment, modular integration, and advanced molding techniques. By addressing market needs for efficiency, energy savings, and versatile applications, FCS continues to drive the evolution of sustainable and smart manufacturing from Taichung to Taipei.
