Coperion will unveil an enhanced portfolio of smart feeding and weighing technologies at K 2025, reflecting the integration of two technology brands, Coperion K-Tron and Coperion, formerly Schenck Process FPM, including its AccuRate and MechaTron feeding lines. The combined range aims to give plastics processors and recyclers broader options for accurate feeding and reliable weighing across diverse materials and processes. Visitors will be able to review solutions at two locations, Hall 14, booth B19, focused on compounding, and the open area FG/CE07, dedicated to recycling technology. Across both exhibits, Coperion will outline plans to harmonize the expanded feeder portfolio with the Coperion K-Tron SmartConnex feeder control environment, including the newly redesigned KCM-III control module and the K-Vision line controller with multiple connectivity options. The company will also highlight Coperion K-Tron Smart Force Transducer weighing technology, where the combination of digital precision, vibration immunity and real-time linearization is designed to deliver high accuracy and consistent performance.
Feeding solutions for compounding applications
In Hall 14, booth B19, the focus is on compounding. Coperion will demonstrate high-accuracy feeders and system concepts intended to optimize production processes, improve efficiency and enhance product quality. The T35 twin screw feeder will be shown for feeding challenging additives, configured with ActiFlow bulk solid activator and electronic pressure compensation. The EPC function automatically detects and compensates for pressure fluctuations to help maintain stable weighing.
New portfolio additions on display include the AccuRate Series 602 volumetric feeder and the MechaTron Coni-Flex single screw feeder for either volumetric or gravimetric applications. Both designs use vinyl hoppers agitated externally by two paddles. The MechaTron Coni-Flex features a design that allows complete disassembly without removing upper extension hoppers, bins, bulk bags or IBSs, reducing maintenance time and associated operating costs.
Also present will be the ProRate PLUS-MT twin screw feeder, a durable, preconfigured solution for moderate to free-flowing materials, combining established feeding technology with straightforward operation.

Recycling-focused feeders demonstrate efficiency and gentleness
In the recycling pavilion in the open area FG/CE07, Coperion will highlight feeders for fragile and challenging materials used in plastics recycling systems. The MechaTron FB Feeder handles various virgin or recycled materials, including plastics, glass and carbon fibers. Its flat-bottom design and internal agitation system support mass flow and high throughput.
The Coperion K-Tron K3-V200 vibratory feeder targets high-accuracy gravimetric feeding of free-flowing, fragile media such as flakes and glass fibers. The drive concept minimizes mechanical wear and energy consumption and features a quick-release tray mechanism for rapid product changeovers.
The S60 single screw feeder will also be shown. Suited to free-flowing pellets and powders, it uses a modular design for durability and hygiene, with straightforward disassembly and easy screw replacement. The S60 is available in both volumetric and gravimetric configurations for flexible use in recycling and processing.
