Vecoplan presents VEZ 3300 e-mobil mobile shredder at IFAT 2026

Vecoplan presents VEZ 3300…

Vecoplan announces the premiere of its first mobile shredder, VEZ 3300 e-mobil, designed to increase process flexibility in recycling and the circular economy. The solution is based on an electric drive and plug-and-play functionality, so the machine is ready for operation without the need for a stationary installation. The manufacturer targets the new model at users looking for equipment that is easy to relocate and can be adapted to changing application scenarios in waste management and plastics recycling systems.

The VEZ 3300 e-mobil will premiere from 4 to 7 May 2026 at the Ifat trade fair in Munich. The mobile shredder will be presented in the outdoor area FS.908/1, where live demonstrations with wooden materials are scheduled every day at 10:40 and 14:40. During these demonstrations, the company intends to show the practical capabilities of the unit in shredding and its integration with other elements of processing lines.

The new solution reflects Vecoplan's overarching theme at Ifat: "Ready where you are – just add what you need". The manufacturer emphasises that the goal is to provide modular, combined solutions for every stage of the process, from shredding and conveying through to cleaning. Installations can therefore be expanded step by step and configured according to the current needs of the user.

VEZ 3300 e-mobil mobile shredder

The VEZ 3300 e-mobil extends Vecoplan's existing portfolio with a machine intended to meet the growing market demand for mobile shredding systems. The use of modern electric drive technology and a plug-and-play concept enables rapid commissioning once the machine is delivered to the work site. The absence of a permanent stationary installation simplifies logistics and facilitates adapting the shredder to different locations and projects.

According to the manufacturer, the mobile version of the VEZ 3300 is designed to replicate in practice the performance and functionality of solutions previously reserved for stationary installations, while increasing operational flexibility. The machine is intended for use in waste management systems, secondary raw material recycling and applications that require periodic relocation of equipment between different plants or workstations.

With the new VEZ 3300 e-mobil Vecoplan is expanding its portfolio with a solution that meets the growing demand for variable application scenarios in the circular economy.

Modular approach to recycling processes

The "Ready where you are – just add what you need" concept assumes that the user can select technological solutions for individual process stages and then combine and expand them. Vecoplan states that in this way it aims to respond to customer requirements under specific operating conditions by supplying line components that can be configured flexibly. This applies to shredding as well as material conveying and cleaning.

Modular systems facilitate phased implementation of investments, which can be important for recycling and waste management plant operators when planning to expand processing capacity. Applying a modular approach in combination with mobile machines such as the VEZ 3300 e-mobil also enables temporary support of selected process sections or rapid response to changes in the waste stream.

Solutions for the circular economy and plastics recycling

In hall B5 at stand 229, Vecoplan will present how the modular approach is implemented in subsequent process stages. The company will showcase, among other equipment, the VAZ 1700 single-shaft shredder for material recycling, equipped with a HiTorc electric drive concept and modular design. This machine is intended for shredding a wide range of raw materials and is to meet the recycling industry's demands for energy efficiency and configuration flexibility.

Another element of the presentation will be Vecoplan's dry washer, developed after the integration of Pla.to GmbH, a company specialising in cleaning technology. The material cleaning area now plays a more important role in the manufacturer's portfolio. Dry cleaning technology enables plastics to be processed without water-intensive wet processes, which is expected to improve the quality of the input materials and increase resource efficiency.

Tim Hamer, sales director at Vecoplan, highlights the importance of integrating competence in washing and dry cleaning. "Thanks to our subsidiary Pla.to, we are combining our expertise in dry cleaning and washing technologies and, for the first time, offering users a fully integrated process chain from the first conveying stage through to cleaning," he explains. "At the Ifat trade fair we are showing how we combine these technologies, thereby setting new standards for efficient and economical plastics processing."

After the integration of Pla.to GmbH, a company specialising in cleaning technology, this area plays an even more important role in Vecoplan's portfolio.

Expanded service and operational support offering

An important part of Vecoplan's presentation at Ifat will also be the service segment, which the company has significantly expanded. The key focus is on new service level agreements (SLA), intended to provide a predictable basis for plant operation. They include defined parameters aimed at reducing unplanned downtime, increasing machine availability and streamlining maintenance processes.

In addition, Vecoplan will present a new digital online shop. In future, customers will be able to order spare parts, components and accessories directly online, with access to transparent information on availability and delivery times. This solution is intended to support maintenance operations by facilitating purchase planning and reducing the risk of downtime caused by parts shortages.

Presentations at Ifat 2026

Visitors to Ifat 2026 will be able to learn about Vecoplan's solutions both at the indoor stand and in the outdoor area. The company invites attendees to visit its stand in hall B5 (no. 229) and the outdoor demonstration area FS.908/1, where live presentations of the VEZ 3300 e-mobil shredder will take place. Trade fair participants will have the opportunity to observe the machines in operation and obtain detailed information on modular line configurations for recycling and waste management.
