At Fispal Tecnologia 2026, Sidel will present packaging line solutions for fast-moving consumer goods manufacturers in Brazil and, more broadly, across the Latin American market. The company states that for more than 36 years it has supported local manufacturers by providing solutions covering packaging design, engineering, project management, equipment, digital solutions and services. The presentation at stand K104 at the São Paulo Expo exhibition centre is intended to show the company’s approach to optimising the operation of production and packaging lines, with a particular focus on efficiency, packaging quality and reducing process complexity. The event will take place from 16 to 19 June and will focus on technologies for food and beverage processing.
The scope of the presentation will cover both plastic packaging-related solutions and end-of-line systems as well as digital tools supporting production management. Sidel announces that it will showcase solutions tailored to the needs of the Latin American market, along with its experience in designing and implementing complete lines.
Sustainability and PET and rPET packaging
One of the company’s main themes at the trade fair will be sustainability in packaging lines. Sidel points to activities related to reducing the weight of PET and rPET packaging and to the use of equipment supporting more efficient resource management. This involves limiting the consumption of materials, utilities and water, and reducing waste volumes while maintaining product quality and safety.
The company also announces a focus on rPET implementation and reducing the weight of PET packaging. In the context of the growing use of rPET in Latin America, visitors are expected to receive information on support at successive stages of the transition, from packaging design to industrial implementation.
New hardware solutions
Selected Sidel hardware solutions are to be presented at the stand, including EvoBLOW Laser, Swing Evo and Predis X4. According to the company, these solutions are aimed at simplifying processes while increasing line efficiency, durability and flexibility. The manufacturer also links this to the ability to better adapt to changing regulatory and market requirements.
The presentation will also include an offering for primary and secondary packaging. For primary packaging, Sidel lists bottles, custom-shaped containers, jars, cans, pots, flexible packaging and cartons. In the secondary packaging segment, solutions for RSC cases, wrap-around packs, shelf-ready packaging and film packs are to be shown.
Live palletising demonstrations
The display will also include demonstrations of RoboAccess_Pal S, a compact palletising unit which, according to Sidel, combines features of robotics and cobotics. This solution has been developed for the food, home care and cosmetics markets. The manufacturer states that the system is intended to increase flexibility, simplify operation and reduce the need for manual handling.
According to the data provided by the company, RoboAccess_Pal S reaches speeds of up to 12 cycles per minute and handles loads of up to 25 kg. The declared payback period is typically from one to two years. The unit is said to occupy less than 12 m² for two stations, with a pallet height of up to 1700 mm, which is intended to enable operation in restricted production spaces.

Evo-ON digital solutions
The Evo-ON cloud-based solutions package is also to be presented at the fair. Sidel describes it as a set of tools with embedded intelligence designed to optimise various aspects of production line operation. The applications are intended to use data generated by equipment to improve the production process and increase efficiency.
According to the company, the system collects, consolidates and analyses data continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Functions include proactive alerts, notifications and real-time reports.
The importance of the Latin American market
Marcelo Sobrero, managing director of Sidel do Brasil and equipment sales director for Latin America, said: "With many years of experience in supporting food and beverage manufacturers across Latin America, Sidel consistently combines knowledge of the local market with packaging line expertise and continuous innovation, helping customers transform production line complexity into sustained, long-term productivity growth."
