Sidel to present end-of-line solutions at FachPack 2025

Sidel to present end-of-line…

At FachPack 2025, Sidel will present packaging and palletizing solutions for the food, home care and personal care sectors. The manufacturer announces a new generation of end-of-line equipment and systems aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing operating costs, and boosting throughput. On 23-25 September, visitors can find the company at booth C5107 in hall 7 in Nuremberg.

FachPack, considered one of the key packaging industry events in Europe, focuses on practical innovation. Sidel plans to present solutions tailored to individual needs and designed for rapidly changing market requirements. The offering includes both standalone equipment and fully integrated lines intended to improve the speed and flow of operations.

As a company representative emphasizes, the evolution of packaging lines requires well-considered technical and organizational decisions. "Packaging lines do not evolve by accident; they require well-thought-out solutions and even more considered technology" says Hervé Bour, FHPC Customer Director for Eastern Europe at Sidel. "This is exactly what we will present at FachPack, solutions that help reduce downtime, lower operating costs, and significantly increase production profitability."

Solutions on display

Among the exhibits at the booth will be RoboAccess_Pal S, a palletizing robot with a capacity of up to 2,400 products per hour. The unit combines speed and a compact footprint, performs up to 12 cycles per minute, and handles loads up to 25 kg. The design is intended for long-term operation and the flexibility required by modern manufacturing plants.

Sidel will also highlight CoboAccess_Pal, which addresses the strain associated with manual palletizing. It is a cobot designed for safety and reliability, intended to optimize end-of-line operations and protect workers while increasing throughput.

Integrated lines and services

Sidel emphasizes not only the capabilities of individual machines but also their interaction as a system. From PET blow-molding, filling and labeling to advanced packaging and palletizing, the company offers end-to-end solutions that are fully integrated, configurable, and ready to commission. The package also includes modern services and digital tools that support further performance improvement after installation.

"Our broad expertise means we do not just supply machines; we deliver outcomes" adds Hervé Bour. "Whether the objective is saving floor space, accelerating changeovers, or increasing return on investment, we will show how to implement a packaging line that operates more efficiently, faster, and smarter."

The Sidel Group designs, manufactures, assembles, supplies and sells complete packaging lines for liquid foods packaged.
