Sidel announces it will present a new technology at Drinktec 2025. The company invites beverage and food manufacturers to meet its experts in Hall A6, booth 361, on 15-19 September at the Trade Fair Center in Munich. The announced program covers end-to-end line performance management, with a focus on sustainable packaging, productivity, and efficiency across the entire installation lifecycle. "The future of the packaging industry lies in the ability to manage production line performance end to end. To achieve this, Sidel works with food and beverage producers to lead in sustainable packaging, increase productivity, and maximize performance throughout the lifetime of their lines," said Pietro Cassani, President and CEO of Sidel. The company announces a world premiere of a solution intended to mark a new era for the industry and raise achievable efficiency levels.
Line performance: a new approach
Booth visitors will take part in an interactive tour of an optimized packaging line. At each stage they will be able to see and test selected Sidel technologies designed to deliver higher performance and reduce environmental impact. The scope of the presentation will include, among others, packaging materials, including solutions based on 100% recycled PET, as well as topics related to increasing line efficiency and maintaining stable, improved performance throughout the product lifecycle.
The booth and the "fifth element" concept
The booth will be easily recognizable thanks to an orange monolith and an inclined shape. Sidel refers to this element, alongside the company logo, as the "performance angle," an approach focused on systematic improvement of customer outcomes, grounded in expertise in food and beverage solutions. At the heart of the exhibit, the company plans to present production and packaging performance levels previously considered difficult to achieve. "We are pushing boundaries and achieving more with less; this is one of the key principles behind our latest innovations," added Pietro Cassani.
In its communications, Sidel invokes the image of the four natural elements as sources of power and creative force and announces the introduction of a "fifth element" for the packaging industry. According to the announcement, this concept is to represent a new level of performance, combining lightness, efficiency, and ease of use.
