At the core of Proex is the Relex 4.0 extruder, specified for 30 percent higher throughput while maintaining melt quality at low energy consumption. The line integrates the Relex 4.0 extruder with the Csd 4.0 die head and air ring, the Randomiser 4.0 haul-off and the Flexiwind 4.0 automatic winder. Rajoo states that this configuration targets precision, reliability and intelligent automation in blown film processing. The company adds that visitors will be able to experience the system through showcases focused on Industry 4.0, automation and sustainable operation.
