PCI Days 2026 with record attendance and a new zone

PCI Days 2026 with record…

On 16-18 June 2026, the seventh edition of PCI Days was held at EXPO XXI Warsaw, a B2B event aimed at the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and dietary supplements industries. This year's edition confirmed the further development of the event's format and its growing importance as a meeting place for manufacturers, technology suppliers and experts representing individual links in the supply chain. After the record-breaking 2025 edition, the organisers expanded the programme and maintained the exhibition space covering two thematic halls. The scope of the event was also extended with a dedicated conference zone for the dietary supplements sector, and the contract manufacturing and private label zone was further developed. In practice, this translated into easier identification of solutions and business partners responsible for specific stages of the production process.

Once again, the fair brought together manufacturers of medicines, cosmetics and dietary supplements, as well as suppliers of raw materials, packaging, machinery, laboratory equipment, production technologies, IT solutions, logistics services and contract manufacturing services. This exhibition structure enabled participants to gain a broad overview of available technologies, services and tools supporting the development of modern production facilities. At the same time, the event served as a platform for establishing business contacts and exchanging knowledge between representatives of different market segments.

The growing role of the dietary supplements sector

One of the clear trends of this year's edition was the further rise in the importance of the dietary supplements sector. The growing number of exhibitors representing this market segment was reflected in the substantive programme. For the first time, a dedicated dietary supplements conference zone was launched, attracting specialists over three days interested in formulation, quality, regulations, product safety, the development of new recipes and contract manufacturing.

The new zone became a place for knowledge exchange between manufacturers, raw material suppliers and experts involved in quality and product development. High attendance during the presentations confirmed the growing importance of this segment and the demand for specialised substantive events.

Conference programme and presentation topics

The conference programme remained one of the key elements of PCI Days. For three days, participants were able to attend presentations, debates and workshops held in parallel in three conference zones, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and dietary supplements. The thematic scope included, among other things, production automation, formulation development, quality control, supply chain management, legal regulations, packaging, contract manufacturing, process digitalisation and the implementation of new technologies.

Particularly important were the presentations based on the experience of production plants and those showing solutions that could be used in the day-to-day operations of companies. This programme profile strengthened the practical nature of the event and responded to the needs of participants seeking specific tools and implementation-oriented knowledge.

The event's position in the region

This year's edition confirmed that PCI Days serves not only as a trade fair, but also as a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience and business contacts for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and dietary supplements industries. The expanded exhibition, the high substantive level of the conference programme and the growing number of participants are strengthening the event's position as an important industry meeting in Central and Eastern Europe.

The next edition of PCI Days has been announced for 1-3 June 2027. The organisers assume the further development of the event in line with market needs and the maintenance of its role as a place for presenting technologies, exchanging experience and building business relationships.
