Targi w Krakowie has launched the promotion of the Industrial Trade Fairs, which in autumn 2026 will bring together at EXPO Kraków events dedicated to key areas of modern industry. According to the organiser's announcement, the joint format will cover sectors related to automation, manufacturing, fasteners, drones, composites, maintenance, and future technologies. The promotional material uses Kraków as the backdrop for industrial transformation, pointing to the city's role as a meeting place for business, science, new technologies and industry. The organisers note that EXPO Kraków currently serves not only as an exhibition venue, but also as a platform for exchanging knowledge, experience and business contacts. The message also emphasises the significance of the city itself for trade fair participants, who increasingly combine attendance at industry events with exploring the local cultural and gastronomic offer. At the same time, the campaign is intended to announce a broader format of industrial meetings concentrated in one place and within a short period of time.
The autumn series will begin on 7 and 8 October 2026, when the 14th edition of Kompozyt-Expo will take place, described by the organisers as Poland's largest trade fair dedicated to composite materials and technologies. For years, the event has brought together manufacturers and suppliers of solutions used, among others, in aviation, construction, automotive, energy and the defence industry. On the same dates, the first edition of Drone Security Expo, a trade fair for drones and counter-drone systems, is scheduled. The new event is intended to connect manufacturers and suppliers of UAV and C-UAS technologies with representatives of the public sector, uniformed services, critical infrastructure and the broadly understood security sector. In turn, on 14 and 15 October 2026, EXPO Kraków will host Symas & Maintenance, one of the recognised events for Poland's manufacturing and process industry. The scope of the exhibition includes bulk material handling and processing, industrial automation, maintenance, machine diagnostics, IT systems for manufacturing, and solutions in the area of industrial safety. Fastener Poland will be held in parallel, presented as the largest trade fair for fasteners and joining technologies in Central and Eastern Europe, bringing together manufacturers, distributors and users of solutions for automotive, construction, energy, metalworking and the HVAC sector.
Film announcement of the events
The central element of the campaign is a promotional video in which a robot enters a space symbolising contemporary industry. The turning point is the appearance of a monolith bearing the words “Industrial Trade Fairs”, after which the protagonist undergoes a transformation, and the narrative takes the viewer into a world of modern machines, industrial robots, drones and automation. The material also uses shots emphasising the importance of meetings, conversations, networking and cooperation between market participants.
The video includes the words: “Sometimes one moment is enough to change everything. Because change does not wait. It is already here.” The organisers indicate that the aim of the campaign was to move away from classic industrial communication and present the sector in a more cinematic format. As the authors of the concept emphasise, “Industry today is dynamic, modern and full of emotion. We wanted to show it in a more cinematic way, so as to interest not only industry specialists, but also young engineers, students and people who are just discovering the world of new technologies”.
Technologies and relationships
The final scene of the film shows a meeting between a robot and a human. According to the organisers, this motif is intended to symbolise the importance of relationships, cooperation and the exchange of experience, which remain the core value of trade fair events. The campaign message indicates that despite the accelerating development of technology, industrial solutions continue to be created by people.
The joint promotion of the four events is intended to strengthen the image of EXPO Kraków as a venue integrating different industry segments, from composites and joining technologies to automation, maintenance and drone technologies. According to the organiser's concept, the Industrial Trade Fairs are to create a coherent ecosystem of industry meetings, combining technology presentation with the exchange of competencies and business contacts.
