Ecomondo continues to expand its international reach. The event organized by Italian Exhibition Group on 4–7 November 2025 at the Rimini Expo Centre, in its 28th edition, consolidates its role as a meeting point for stakeholders in the green, blue and circular economy. More than 350 international buyers from 66 countries, representing all continents, are expected. Priority markets include Egypt, Algeria, Spain, Bulgaria, Iraq, Tunisia, Senegal, Canada, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Jordan. Geographic breakdown of buyers: 31% from Eastern Europe, the Balkans and Central Asia, 15% from the Middle East and Asia, another 15% from North Africa, and 13% each from Central and Sub-Saharan Africa and Western Europe. The next shares are Latin America 6%, North America and Australia 5%, and the Far East 2%. Around 90 international associations and more than 30 official delegations from 30 countries round out the picture.
Thanks to cooperation with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ecomondo has become a meeting place for stakeholders in the ecological transition. Delegations will arrive from Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. The organizers are focusing on the most dynamic markets, matching supply and demand for green technologies. The presence of qualified buyers underscores the show’s ability to connect key environmental players on a global scale. The inflow of international visitors is supported by LuxWing charter flights linking Rimini with Munich Airport and Rome Fiumicino. A program of themed tours, including tracks dedicated to water and plastics, is designed to facilitate networking along key supply chains.
