Colines announces participation…

Colines announces its participation in the next edition of Plast Alger 2026, which will take place from 30 March to 1 April at the Centre d'Exposition Safex in Algiers. The manufacturer of processing lines for plastics plans to use the event to present its current technological portfolio and to discuss projects with plastics processors operating on the Algerian market and in the North African region. The presence of Colines at Plast Alger is part of a consistent strategy of development on international markets, with a particular focus on the segment of film packaging and specialised technical films.

Colines team present at the stand in Algiers

During Plast Alger 2026, Colines representatives will be available to visitors in hall A, at stand K22. On site will be Lorenzo Paggi, Sales Area Manager responsible for sales in the region, and Edoardo Besozzi, Blown Film Sales Manager in charge of the portfolio of blown film extrusion lines. The team will be joined by the company's partner, Leni Plewa, and Colines' resident service engineer in Algeria, Yacine Benakmoume.

The company's representatives emphasise their readiness to discuss both current production needs of processors and planned investments. According to the company's announcement, meetings at the stand will make it possible to discuss line configurations, potential upgrades of existing installations and solutions tailored to local application requirements.

Portfolio of lines for film and specialty product production

Colines offers complete technological lines for the manufacture of a wide range of films and plastic products. A key area is lines for the production of blown film, covering applications such as shrink film, stretch hood, shrink hood, lamination film, agricultural film, FFS bag film and barrier film. The manufacturer highlights the possibility of adapting line configurations to the requirements of specific packaging and technical applications.

The portfolio also includes lines for the extrusion of stretch film, used primarily in logistics and load securing, as well as lines for the production of CPP and CPE films used, among others, in flexible packaging. An important segment is also lines for the manufacture of hygienic breathable and non-breathable films intended for personal hygiene applications and specialist packaging.

Barrier solutions, hollow boards and air bubble film

An important part of the Colines offer are lines for the production of barrier films used in food packaging and technical applications requiring controlled transmission of gases and moisture. The company also supplies solutions for the manufacture of polypropylene hollow boards under the name Bubble Guard Board, that is, channel-structured boards used, among others, in reusable packaging and industrial applications.

The portfolio is complemented by lines for the production of air bubble film, widely used for product protection in transport, and lines for the extrusion of PVC profiles and magnetic profiles for refrigeration appliances, in particular for refrigerator door gaskets. In this way, Colines addresses both the needs of the packaging market and the segment of technical components for household appliances.

Meetings with customers and presentation of current projects

Colines emphasises its openness to dialogue with plastics processors during the trade fair in Algiers. The company announces that the stand will provide an opportunity to present the current directions of development of film line technologies and to discuss specific investment projects. As the company's representatives underline, the aim is a direct exchange of information on market requirements and the adaptation of line configurations to local production conditions.

The presence of a resident service engineer in Algeria is intended to provide efficient after-sales support and shorten response times in the event of a need for technical intervention or consultation. The involvement of sales managers responsible for specific technology groups is expected to enable detailed discussions on process parameters, options for line expansion and the potential for optimising processing costs.

The company invites Plast Alger 2026 visitors to visit its stand in hall A, number K22, to learn more about its range of lines for the production of films and PVC profiles and to discuss ongoing and planned projects. The announcement stresses that the manufacturer is interested in cooperating both with local plastics processors and with companies operating on export markets that are looking for integrated solutions for the film packaging and technical film segment.

Colines states that Plast Alger 2026 will be an opportunity to present the latest solutions from the company's portfolio and to hold direct talks with customers about their technological needs and the development directions of their production plants.
