RePlast Eurasia, described as Türkiye’s first and only trade fair focused exclusively on the plastics recycling sector, will hold its third edition from 26 to 28 March 2026 at the Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center in Istanbul. The event is organized by Tüyap in cooperation with the Pagçev Green Transformation and Technology Association. According to the organiser, the fair is intended as a platform for presenting current recycling technologies, innovative solutions and opportunities for international business cooperation in one place, with a particular focus on the plastics value chain.
The previous edition in 2025 occupied 10,000 m² of exhibition space and hosted 151 exhibitors from 13 countries. It attracted 8,340 visitors from 56 countries, including participants from Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Iran, Italy, Poland, China and Romania. This mix of regional and overseas visitors is cited by the organiser as evidence of the event’s growing regional and international relevance. Building on this outcome, the 2026 edition is positioned to further support the global trade volume of the plastics recycling sector by broadening international participation and strengthening cross-border business contacts between recyclers, technology suppliers and users of recyclates.
Exhibitor platform for recycling technologies and raw materials
RePlast Eurasia 2026 will again be targeted at companies operating in plastics recycling and related technology and services. Exhibitors are expected to include manufacturers of recycling machinery and equipment, providers of collection and sorting systems, certification and testing services, and suppliers of raw material solutions and recycled feedstock. The organiser underlines that participation in the fair is intended to give companies a dual opportunity: to present products and process solutions to a specialised audience, and to establish direct contacts with national and international professionals who are actively seeking recycling technologies and material alternatives.
In this context, the fair is promoted as a venue where companies can develop new business collaborations, present sustainable projects and make their innovations visible to a broader international public. RePlast Eurasia is positioned as a platform for establishing strategic partnerships and expanding into new markets within the plastics recycling sector, from mechanical recycling and sorting to the use of recyclates in end products.
Visitor focus on end-to-end plastics recycling solutions
The 2026 edition will offer visitors an overview of the plastics recycling value chain under one roof. According to information from the organiser, attendees will be able to examine a broad spectrum of products and technologies, including plastics recycling machines and associated technologies, systems and companies focused on collection and sorting, certification and testing equipment, design and consultancy services, raw material and recyclate solutions, as well as yarn and fibre recycling machinery.
This concentration of suppliers in one venue is intended to enable visitors to assess and compare different technical approaches, identify innovative applications and initiate cooperation with leading companies. The fair is therefore aimed at professionals from across the plastics processing, recycling and waste management sectors who are looking for practical solutions to increase the use of recycled materials and improve the efficiency of their recycling operations.
Plastic Recycling Conference as knowledge and networking hub
Parallel to the exhibition, the Plastic Recycling Conference will again be held as an integral part of RePlast Eurasia. The conference is planned as a platform for national and international experts to present and discuss current developments in plastics recycling. Both exhibitors and visitors will have the opportunity to follow presentations and panel discussions and to use the conference for professional exchange.
The organiser highlights that meetings and contacts established during the conference and the fair are intended to support the creation of new business cooperation in the plastics recycling field. Topics are expected to include regulatory developments, technological trends and practical experiences with recycled materials, although the detailed programme has not yet been specified in the available information.
Pagçev Plastic Recycling Awards highlight best practices
Another component of RePlast Eurasia 2026 will be the Pagçev Plastic Recycling Awards. These awards, which are presented in seven different categories, are intended to recognise innovative and successful projects in plastics recycling. The awarded products and projects will illustrate approaches to the use of recycled materials, product design adapted to recycling and innovations in manufacturing processes.
According to the organiser, these case examples are meant to offer insights and act as a source of inspiration for professionals in the sector who are working to increase recycling rates and integrate recyclates into their products. By showcasing recognised solutions, the awards are also aimed at promoting broader adoption of best practices within the industry.
