Nordmann has announced its participation in K 2025, to be held in Düsseldorf from 8 to 15 October 2025. The international chemical distributor will exhibit in Hall 6 at stand 6E75, together with partners Honeywell, Jiangsu Liside New Material, Marfran and PMC Organometallix. Under the motto "Innovative raw materials for sustainable growth," the company will present solutions aimed at the future-oriented development of the plastics and rubber industries, highlighting alignment with circular-economy principles and support for improved recyclability and processing efficiency.
"For me, the circular economy is one of the major challenges and opportunities of our time" emphasizes Jost E. Laumeyer, Global Director of Plastics Sales at Nordmann. "As an international distribution company, we play a key role in the supply chain and work with our partners to drive the industry's sustainable transformation. Whether it involves regulatory requirements or the promotion of recycled feedstocks and biobased products, we focus on innovative solutions that help our customers achieve their sustainability goals while maintaining competitiveness."
An international Nordmann team will be on site, available to discuss current application, regulatory and material requirements for conventional plastics and recyclates. Announced partner presentations will cover additives for polyolefins, flame-retardant solutions, and TPE-S compounds for applications requiring high biocompatibility.
Co-exhibitors and presentation scope
Honeywell, under the A-C brand, will present low-molecular-weight additives for polyethylene polymers and copolymers. The portfolio is designed, among other things, to address formulation challenges. Example applications include reducing process waste, improving recyclability and achieving durable products, in line with circular-economy principles.
Jiangsu Liside New Material, a new Nordmann partner in Europe, will present halogen-free flame retardants. The offerings emphasize an improved environmental profile and technical parameters relevant to effectiveness and stability of performance.
Marfran will showcase Marfran.Med TPE-S compound series for various applications, including the Marfran.Med GLE line. This solution is a pioneer in enabling solvent bonding of TPE-S compounds while meeting high requirements for biocompatibility and sterilization.
PMC Organometallix will provide information on the regulatory assessment of stabilizers containing organotin compounds in accordance with current European Union regulations.

Nordmann proprietary brands
Norantox: antioxidants and UV stabilizers for virgin polymers and recyclates, ensuring stability even under demanding environmental conditions.
Nord-min Flame Retardant Masterbatch (FRMB): halogen-free flame retardants and synergists for applications in polyamide, polycarbonate and polyolefins, designed in line with the relevant flammability classes.
