Haitian post-K 2025: debuts and innovations

Haitian post-K 2025: debuts…

Under the motto "Level Up! Your Advantage", the Haitian Group presented at K 2025 in Düsseldorf a comprehensive portfolio of new machines, technologies and automation systems. The exhibit showed how smart solutions and digital integration are reshaping modern plastics processing—from packaging production to medical and optical components.

Generation 5 - performance in a new dimension

At the center was the fifth generation of Haitian and Zhafir machines, which redefines productivity and precision across industry segments. The all-electric Zhafir Zeres F debuted in Europe in a new configuration for the packaging sector, with a fully integrated IML system developed by Haitian Smart Solutions. High dynamics and energy efficiency are combined here with injection speeds up to 500 mm/s and detection accuracy for mold deviation of up to 0.01 mm in less than 0.05 s.

Meanwhile, the Haitian Mars F PRO, based on the proven servo-hydraulic platform, has been optimized for fast cycles in thin-wall production. It achieves injection speeds up to 800 mm/s, and thanks to intelligent drive control enables energy savings of up to 30%.

In the medical segment, the Zhafir Zeres Medical was presented - a GMP version machine for producing COC syringe barrels. Thanks to precise temperature control and a stable injection unit, it ensures high dimensional repeatability while meeting stringent cleanliness requirements.

For automotive, Haitian showed a Jupiter version integrated with an IMD system, producing visible parts without the need for painting. The decorative film is introduced directly into the mold, which eliminates secondary operations, shortens the cycle and reduces material waste.

A new era of automation and digitalization

Haitian once again demonstrated that the future of processing is open integration. All machines are equipped with standard Euromap interfaces, allowing users to freely connect them with any peripherals and automation systems. A new in-house IML system also debuted at the booth, along with the Haitian Smart Solutions range of linear robots, covering units with payloads from 4 to 150 kg and positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm.

In digitalization, the manufacturer showed Go Factory MES - a manufacturing execution system factory-installed in every machine, at no additional cost. It enables real-time process monitoring, data collection, alarm configuration and creation of visual reporting dashboards. This allows users to start digital transformation without large investments.

X-Injection - AI in practice

One of the key debuts was the X-Injection technology, which combines artificial intelligence with process know-how. The system analyzes data from the injection process, proposes initial and optimization parameters, and documents the rationale behind each recommendation. This reduces setup time, lowers energy consumption and delivers stable part quality from the first shot. X-Injection is part of the HT·XTEND concept, linking machine intelligence with process intelligence. It is supported by a built-in LLM assistant that helps diagnose faults and select parameters.

New solutions for the packaging, medical and optics industries

Two new series dedicated to the packaging sector debuted at K 2025 - Zhafir Zeres F (all-electric) and Haitian MAV/F PRO (servo-hydraulic). Both were designed for fast cycles, energy efficiency and integration with automation. In high-precision applications, the all-electric vertical injection molding machine Niigata MDVR100S8500 was also shown, engineered for the production of optical components and connectors. The machine combines a compact design with high positioning accuracy and digital process control.

Synergy within the Haitian Group

The Haitian Group showcased at K 2025 the strength of its integrated operating model - six divisions (Injection Molding, Drive Systems, Die Casting, CNC, Laser Machinery and Smart Solutions) collaborate within a shared technology strategy. The new Hision V8M CNC machine and comprehensive production cells from Haitian Smart Solutions showed that the manufacturer now offers solutions "beyond injection molding" - from tooling and automation to fully integrated production lines.

With a global manufacturing network, five plants in key regions and more than 130 sales and service locations worldwide, Haitian is strengthening its position as a leader in smart and energy-efficient technologies for plastics processing.
