Ekochem at K 2025: TPE-S and functional additives

Ekochem at K 2025: TPE-S and…

At K 2025, Ekochem will present developments in TPE-S thermoplastic elastomers, combining rubber properties with the functionality of plastics. Our portfolio focuses on softness, durability and recyclability, as well as on solutions that address the growing requirements of the automotive, construction and electronics industries.

Alongside TPE-S, a key product on Rubber Street will be an impact modifier, designed to improve mechanical performance and increase end-product functionality, as well as to support recycling processes by improving the properties of secondary materials.

In the area of functional additives, we present:

  • Moisture absorber (desiccant masterbatch) – a pelletized additive that effectively absorbs moisture during processing, eliminating the need for material drying and significantly reducing energy costs.
  • Black colorant (black masterbatch) – ensuring a consistent, deep black and precise color matching to industry specifications.

With these solutions, Ekochem provides customers with durability, consistent quality and end-product aesthetics.

TPE and TPV regranulates – Ekochem’s advantage

One of the pillars of our offer is the production of TPE and TPV regranulates, representing a viable alternative to virgin materials. This is an area in which we are particularly strong and which sets us apart in the market. Our regranulates combine quality, consistent properties and a sustainable profile, supporting the concept of a circular economy (GOZ).

Processing equipment – Smart Line

In machinery, Ekochem has for years supplied solutions for plastics processing. The latest development is Smart Line – an integrated system that combines shredding, extrusion and pelletizing in a single machine.

Smart Line was developed to:

  • increase operational efficiency,
  • optimize production costs,
  • and ensure full process control and consistency under industrial conditions.

At K 2025 we will show how combining intelligent equipment with tailored TPE formulations directly impacts productivity, stability and production quality metrics.

K 2025 – a platform for dialogue

Ekochem sees K 2025 as a space for dialogue about the future of rubber and elastomers. Our stand will be a venue for discussions on:

  • substitution of traditional materials with sustainable solutions,
  • improving functional performance and safety of end products,
  • increasing recyclability without compromising quality.

As we emphasize:
“At Ekochem, we believe that the future of the rubber and plastics industry is built on innovative elastomers and intelligent machinery. These are not only materials and tools, but the foundation for building a more sustainable future.”

We invite visitors to Hall 6, stand C54-05.
