Delta Tecnic, a specialist in masterbatches for cables and the PVC industry, will participate in Wire Southeast Asia 2025 in Bangkok. Recognized as a benchmark trade fair for the wire and cable sector in the ASEAN region, the event gathers international manufacturers and suppliers to present current technological developments. Delta Tecnic will focus on color and additive solutions for high-performance cable applications, including fluoropolymers, halogen-free flame-retardant TPU, photovoltaic compounds and PBT for buffer tubes. With over 40 years of experience, the company emphasizes formulation quality, processing stability and technical support across applications in automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, energy and industrial markets. The exhibit will feature masterbatches designed for low dosing where required, consistent dispersion and color uniformity, and compatibility with standard cable compounding and extrusion conditions.
Masterbatches for fluoropolymers
The company will present color masterbatches for FEP, ETFE and PFA, materials selected for cable insulation and jacketing where thermal, chemical and electrical resistance are paramount. The formulations are designed to deliver uniform dispersion, high thermal stability and repeatable color consistency, supporting smooth processing and performance at elevated extrusion speeds. Target applications include demanding installations in automotive, aerospace and industrial environments.
TPU masterbatches for HFFR cables
Delta Tecnic will showcase masterbatches tailored for halogen-free flame-retardant TPU compounds used in power and industrial cable applications. The solutions aim to maintain excellent dispersion, color stability and thermal resistance, which are critical in environments requiring flame-retardant behavior and mechanical durability. Designed for low-dosage use, they enable efficient pigmentation without compromising the flame-retardant properties of the base polymer, with benefits for both processability and cost control.
Solutions for photovoltaic cables
The portfolio includes masterbatches for solar panel installations, compatible with compounds such as PE and EVA. The range is characterized by mechanical strength aligned with UL 4703, EN 50618 and IEC 62930 requirements, as well as outdoor durability. Delta Tecnic offers specialized formulations to deter rodents and termites, including a combined version. Options with or without UV protection are available. Intended dosage is around 1-2 percent, providing protection for the polymer while maintaining processing efficiency.

PBT masterbatches for buffer tubes
For optical cable protection, Delta Tecnic will feature masterbatches for PBT resins engineered to preserve the base polymer's mechanical properties. High pigment concentration supports lower dosing in buffer tube production without affecting tube shrinkage, helping to safeguard data transmission performance. The solutions are compatible with both transparent and opaque PBT grades commonly used in the market.
