Amut to present extrusion and recycling technologies at Plast 2026

Amut to present extrusion…

Amut has announced that it will present its technology portfolio at Plast 2026. The display will cover solutions for plastics processing in extrusion and recycling. The company said it will showcase systems aimed at improving production performance, product quality, reducing energy consumption, and supporting sustainability goals across various applications. According to the manufacturer, the offer includes integrated and customer-specific turnkey solutions, as well as patented machinery designed for demanding production processes. Amut highlights its long-standing experience in the extrusion and recycling sectors and its role as a global technology partner in these fields.

One of the main highlights at Plast 2026 will be the development of the company's plastics recycling offering. Among the solutions on display will be the new high-efficiency rPO pelletizing line, developed for processing challenging post-consumer polyolefins. The installation is to be operated at the company's stand, where the specialist team will present its operation. According to Amut, when combined with the manufacturer's sorting and washing systems, the rPO line forms the core of a complete "bales-to-granules" solution, drawing on the company's expertise in extrusion and recycling technologies.

Technologies for high-performance applications

Plast 2026 will also provide an opportunity to present Amut's specialized technologies for applications with high performance requirements. The company announces the presentation of the first industrially proven tray-to-tray solution for the circularity of multilayer trays. The display will also include a broad range of extrusion systems, including cast film production technologies using the advanced Pro Wind 4.0 winding concept.

Digital solutions for maintenance and data analysis

Amut also reported two digital solutions complementing its machinery portfolio. The Amut Predictive Package, APP, is a predictive maintenance tool that provides real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and operational guidance intended to increase equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Meanwhile, Advanced Interface for Data Analysis, AIDA, based on Siemens Industrial Edge, is used to aggregate and analyze data from the entire production line. The purpose of this solution is to optimize processes, energy consumption, and production throughput, which is intended to translate into higher efficiency, reliability, and improved sustainability performance of the installation.

The company indicates that its presence at Plast 2026 is intended to confirm its approach based on continuous technological development and solutions supporting more sustainable production. Visitors to the trade fair will be able to meet the Amut team to learn about the company's latest technologies and discuss solutions tailored to extrusion and recycling applications. The company will be present at stand P33 R26 in Hall 13.
