Since January 1, 2014 Q&P has taken over the Albis Plastic line of products in this region.In Parque Anhembi, Booth F999, Albis Plastics Corporation, an affiliate of Albis Plastic GmbH, and the Brazilian cooperation partner will display products and solutions for the automotive, E+E, packaging and toy sectors. The spotlight will center on Albis's own brand compounds. In addition to the Tedur, Alcom and Shelfplus O2 product lines, the focus will be on the compound solution Altech NXT PP, which the company has developed especially for the automotive sector. This polypropylene based compound offers an interesting alternative to polyamide based compounds in terms of performance, price, availability and weight. Altech NXT PP closes the gap between standard and technical plastics. This allows a PP glass fiber material with particularly high temperature resistance to be used as a substitute for PA6 GF, PA6 glass fiber mineral or even PP LGF.
The Feiplastic is held every two years and is one of Latin America's most important exhibitions for the plastics industry. Approximately 1,400 national and international exhibitors from various sectors such as machine construction, equipment and accessories, tools and dies as well as raw plastic materials will present their products to nearly 70,000 visitors over an exhibition area of 85,000 sq. m.
