EREMA Pre-K 2025

At the Pre-K event, EREMA Group presented its major innovations for K 2025 in Düsseldorf, focusing on plastics recycling and the circular economy.

Chemical recycling: EREMA unveiled its largest CHEMAREMA 2325 extruder to date and announced plans for the even larger CHEMAREMA 2628, capable of processing up to 4.5 t/h of melt. The company also showcased AGGLOREMA, a pre-treatment system designed to handle heavily contaminated, moist feedstock-transforming it into compact, transportable pellets ideal for downstream chemical recycling. The solution reduces both costs and contamination.

Digitalization: Through its Blueport and re360 platforms, EREMA offers IoT connectivity, spare parts ordering, remote assistance, and predictive maintenance-features available even for older machines, ensuring long-term operational support.

Post-consumer polyolefin recycling: New large-format INTAREMA TVEplus systems and the TwinPro setup—combining a pre-conditioning unit with a twin-screw extruder—improve the processing of low-density films and support compliance with EU PPWR goals, such as achieving 10% PCR in sensitive packaging.

Joint venture with Lindner: This collaboration integrates sorting, washing, and extrusion into one continuous process. The system enables energy recovery (e.g. from granulation to drying), centralized control, and reduced downtime-delivering a fully automated, high-efficiency recycling solution.

All featured technologies will be demonstrated live at K 2025, including at the outdoor EREMA–Lindner booth.
