PCI Days trade fair coming soon – register free

PCI Days trade fair coming…

In one month, the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and dietary supplements industries will meet again in Warsaw for the 7th edition of PCI Days, to be held on 16–18 June 2026 at EXPO XXI. Free registration for visitors remains open, so this is a good time to plan your participation and secure access to three days of business meetings, inspiration and practical industry knowledge.

As a Media Patron of the event, we invite you to take part in one of the most important B2B meetings for manufacturers and suppliers operating in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and dietary supplements sectors. PCI Days is a space where, in one place, visitors can explore the offering of companies from across the entire supply chain: from raw materials and packaging, through machinery and laboratory technologies, to logistics, IT, and contract manufacturing and private label services.

Why visit PCI Days?

PCI Days is an event designed for people looking for specific solutions in production, quality, product development and purchasing. Attending the trade fair makes it possible to compare the offers of many suppliers in a short time, hold direct discussions with experts and gain a better understanding of market development directions. A single registration allows participation on all event days, and admission for visitors remains free of charge.

Free knowledge with practical application

A major asset of PCI Days is its extensive substantive programme, available as part of free participation in the trade fair. The organiser has prepared three conference zones – pharmaceutical, cosmetics and dietary supplements – as well as industry workshops. Over the course of three days, participants can attend lectures, presentations and meetings devoted, among other things, to R&D solutions, production technologies, quality, regulations and process efficiency.

In the Pharmaceutical Conference Zone, the programme will focus on operational and technological issues such as reducing costs and operational risk, production planning, plant efficiency and manufacturing process management. This is a practical look at the challenges modern pharmaceutical manufacturing plants face on a daily basis.

In turn, the Dietary Supplements Conference Zone will cover topics of particular importance to the fast-growing nutraceutical sector: consumer trends, the development of e-commerce and D2C, the bioavailability and stability of active ingredients, as well as current legal regulations in Poland and the European Union. This will allow participants to look at the supplements market from technological, business and regulatory perspectives.

The Cosmetics Conference Zone will feature topics related, among others, to the implementation of new formulations, cooperation between the laboratory, marketing, quality and production, and streamlining the process of bringing new products to market. This knowledge is particularly valuable for companies that want to shorten implementation times and better manage product development.

In addition to the three Conference Zones, the organisers have prepared an interesting and practical programme of free workshops. We invite you to ознакомиться with the full event programme: https://pcidays.pl/dla-odwiedzajacych/program-targow/

PCI Days is more than an exhibition

PCI Days is not just about stands and the presentation of market offerings. It is also a space for real discussions, consultations, exchange of experience and acquiring knowledge that can later be used in the laboratory, production, quality department, purchasing or product development. This is why the event attracts specialists and decision-makers who are looking not only for inspiration, but above all for proven solutions for their companies.

Register free of charge

Only 2 months remain until the trade fair begins, but free registration is still open. This is a good time to plan your participation and benefit from an event that combines exhibitors’ offerings with a practical conference and workshop programme for three industry sectors.
