Hasco mono nozzles with inch radii for US and UK markets

Hasco mono nozzles with inch…

Hasco has expanded its hot runner nozzle range by introducing inch radii for mono nozzles. The proven mono-shot Single Shot H6300/… and Vario Shot H6200/… series are now available not only in metric versions, but also in inch sizes ¾" and ½". The extension of the dimensional range responds to the needs of users operating in accordance with standards applied in the US and UK markets and is intended to increase the flexibility of solution selection in global plastic injection moulding applications.

The new inch versions can be ordered directly from stock via the Hasco webshop, without the need for special configurations. This facilitates planning and shortens delivery times for mould makers and plastic processors who typically work in the imperial system. The offer is aimed at a broad group of users for whom compliance with US and UK standards is an important design and purchasing criterion.

Mono-shot Single Shot and Vario Shot in inch versions

Both mono-shot series, Single Shot H6300/… and Vario Shot H6200/…, are known for efficient temperature control and stable operation in demanding injection moulding processes. The nozzle design is intended for a wide range of applications, including cost-effective production of small and medium-sized mouldings, while maintaining high dimensional accuracy and quality repeatability.

The introduction of inch radii broadens the configuration options for hot runner systems in projects implemented according to US and UK standards. Users gain a wider choice of tailored solutions without the need for dimensional conversions or design modifications resulting from differences between the metric and imperial systems. At the same time, the level of process reliability and quality associated with HASCO products is maintained.

Extended Hasco hot runner nozzle portfolio

Hasco's hot runner portfolio includes nozzles intended for a wide variety of applications in plastics processing. The range comprises solutions for needle valve systems, for moulds with compact installation spaces and for applications requiring increased wear resistance. This scope of solutions enables the selection of components matched to specific operating conditions, type of processed material and required tool service life.

Modular system design ensures configuration flexibility, facilitates servicing and supports extended operating life. The possibility of replacing individual components without interfering with the entire hot runner installation allows production downtimes to be reduced and maintenance costs to be optimised. From the perspective of mould designers, modularity facilitates the standardisation of solutions within the tool fleet.

Range expansion with inch radii

The addition of nozzle radii in inch units to the existing range is intended to better adapt the products to global market requirements. The manufacturer emphasises that the introduction of ¾" and ½" variants is a response to specific needs of users who design and operate injection moulds based on US and UK standards. This enables the use of components that directly match the adopted design assumptions, simplifying the design and purchasing process.

The new mono-shot nozzle types with inch radii are available immediately via the Hasco webshop. The use of standard stock configurations enables their rapid implementation in ongoing and new mould projects, without the need to wait for special versions.
