Haitian International to present solutions at Chinaplas 2026

Haitian International to present…

Under the slogan "Level Up! Your Advantage", Haitian International has announced it will present solutions for the next stage of intelligent manufacturing at Chinaplas 2026. The company highlights areas related to machine performance, digital connectivity and synergies within the Haitian Group. The scope of the exhibit is to cover developments across the entire manufacturing process, from standalone machines and connected production cells to integrated system solutions. The booth presentation is also intended to show how process parameters and data availability can be translated into production stability and repeatable part quality.

A key element of the presentation is to be the official introduction of the MA2500V/1000 Ultra from Haitian Plastics Machinery. According to the manufacturer, this is a new Ultra version of the fifth machine generation, expanding the MA5 platform toward higher precision, greater stability, improved energy efficiency and intelligent process support. At the booth, the injection molding machine is to produce cooling fans for the home appliance industry in a multi-cavity insert molding application with a cycle time of 35 s. According to Haitian, this application is intended to represent high process stability, consistent part quality and sound process design even under demanding processing conditions. At the same time, it is to demonstrate the platform’s potential for more advanced Injection Molding+ applications.

Digital transparency with X-Injection Molding Cloud

In the efficiency-focused part, Haitian presents the X-Injection Molding Cloud as an AI-powered platform that connects machine-side data with cloud analytics to improve process setup, optimization and real-time production monitoring. Key functions cited include fast first-shot parameter recommendations, AI-based defect diagnosis, early warning of process deviations and deep native integration with Haitian machine controllers, aimed at smarter, more stable and more efficient production.

According to the announcement, the platform is to create real-time transparency, support optimization of processes and operations and strengthen data-based decision-making. At the same time, it is to provide the basis for continuous advancement of installed production technology.

System integration and qualification within the Haitian Group

As part of the synergies within the Haitian Group, the company also announces a joint presentation by Haitian International and Haitian Education focused on linking machine technology, system solutions and qualification. At the center is to be an integrated approach supporting the transition from a standalone machine to a coordinated complete line.

In parallel, the stated objective is to further strengthen systematic development of knowledge and application competence on the customer side. In this view, Haitian International combines system integration and qualification into a framework intended to support the further development of intelligent manufacturing structures.

Scope of the presentation at Chinaplas 2026

According to the company, from the premiere of the MA5/Ultra, through industry-specific applications, the X-Injection Molding Cloud platform and cross-divisional solution approaches, the Chinaplas 2026 presentation is intended to show how machine performance, data availability and integration expertise can be translated into a consistent manufacturing strategy. Haitian International states it will be present at Chinaplas in Hall 5.1 at booth C32.
