First exhibitors confirm participation in Taropak 2026

First exhibitors confirm participation…

Preparations for the next edition of the Taropak trade fair, which will be held on 23–25 September 2026 at the Poznan International Fair, are entering an intensive phase. Already at the stage of the first registrations, the event is attracting recognized representatives of the packaging, labeling and logistics sectors. Among the companies that have confirmed their participation first are both suppliers of advanced packaging technologies and manufacturers of packaging materials and marking systems. The Taropak International Trade Fair of Packaging and Labeling Technology remains a platform for knowledge exchange, presentation of technological innovations and establishing business relations across the entire packaging and logistics value chain.

Among the first exhibitors is PHU Best, a company that has been specializing for many years in supplying modern packaging machines and complete automatic lines. Its portfolio includes, among others, semi-automatic and automatic pallet wrapping machines, case erectors, sealing machines, vacuum packaging solutions and a wide range of packaging materials. PHU Best solutions support process automation and cost optimization in manufacturing and logistics companies. Participation has also been confirmed by Folmat, operating on the market since 2008 and specializing in plastics processing. The manufacturer is known for solutions for the packaging industry, industrial protection and transport logistics, including coreless stretch film, which reduces the volume of waste and the need for storage space.

First exhibitors from the packaging and logistics sector

Eco Save Group has joined the group of exhibitors, a company described as an expert in packaging materials and logistics. The company offers a broad portfolio of products, including cartons, pallets, stretch films, paper and plastic void fill, as well as machines for producing void fill and marking systems. The offer is complemented by its own transport fleet, which enables flexible planning of deliveries and adherence to order fulfillment deadlines.

The metal packaging sector will be represented by FPS Polska, a limited liability company belonging to the international Innovative Canmakers Europe group. The company benefits from the technological background of its parent company Blechwarenfabrik Limburg GmbH, which has been specializing in the production of metal packaging for the chemical and technical industry for over 140 years. The presence of FPS Polska indicates the growing importance of metal packaging solutions in the segment of chemical and technical products, including applications requiring high tightness and mechanical resistance.

In the field of printing and marking technologies, Infograf will present its offer, a company with 13 years of market experience. Its portfolio includes equipment from renowned manufacturers, technical consulting, authorized service as well as warranty and post-warranty support. Infograf solutions are addressed to companies seeking marking and labeling systems that ensure process stability and compliance of markings with customer requirements and sector regulations.

Marking and labeling systems and integration with production lines

Among the first registered exhibitors is also Druk Serwis 24, a Polish company specializing in the sale and servicing of product marking equipment and in the integration of systems on production lines. The company’s offer includes, among others, CIJ printers, high-resolution systems, laser solutions and graphic-printing systems that enable serialization and personalization of packaging in accordance with GS1 standards. The scope of activities covers both the supply of equipment and its implementation in existing production lines.

This group is complemented by Elabel Due, a distributor of marking and labeling systems. The company offers inkjet, thermal and thermal transfer printers and solutions for manual and automatic labeling of products and pallets. As part of cooperation with customers, Elabel Due also provides service and consulting support aimed at optimizing production, warehousing and transport processes through the selection of appropriate marking and labeling technologies.

Coreless stretch film and other plastic-based solutions

Companies involved in plastics processing and plastic-based packaging materials play a particular role among the registered exhibitors. An example is Folmat, which since 2008 has been developing a product portfolio for the packaging industry, industrial protection and transport logistics. One of the key solutions presented by the company is coreless stretch film, which helps to reduce the generation of production and post-use waste resulting from the handling of cores. This solution also lowers the demand for storage space and supports companies’ strategies in the area of pro-environmental activities.

Packaging materials and stretch films in the Eco Save Group portfolio will also be an important element of the offer presented at the Taropak fair. In addition to paper and carton-based packaging solutions, the company is developing an assortment based on plastics, including stretch films and packaging that secures loads in warehouse and transport logistics. PHU Best, as a supplier of packaging machines, offers a wide range of consumables compatible with the delivered equipment, which facilitates the integration of packaging materials with machine technology.

Importance of Taropak 2026 for the packaging industry

The organizers emphasize that the first group of registered exhibitors already reflects the cross-sectional nature of the event, covering packaging technologies, packaging materials, marking systems, logistics solutions as well as service and integration of production lines. Weronika Jakubowska, director of the Taropak trade fair, highlights the role of the event as a meeting place for key market participants.

"The first registrations already show that the upcoming edition of the Taropak trade fair will be a meeting place for market leaders, innovators and practitioners from the packaging and labeling sector. We invite more companies to join the group of exhibitors and present their solutions to a wide audience," says Weronika Jakubowska.

Exhibitor registration is open, and the list of companies confirming their participation in the fair is to be systematically expanded. For manufacturers and suppliers of solutions in plastics processing, packaging materials, labeling systems and logistics, participation in Taropak 2026 represents an opportunity to present their portfolio in an environment coordinated with the accompanying events.

Alongside the Taropak fair, the Polagra trade fair and the Smaki Regionów (Flavours of Regions) festival will be held, creating a broader context for the presentation of packaging solutions, in particular for the food industry and food producers seeking integrated systems for packaging, labeling and logistics.
