Successful accomplishment for Amut

Successful accomplishment…

2020 has been a busy year at Amut and we expect the new one to be even better. Our group has been working efficiently bagging several contracts which have been successfully delivered, in spite of the difficulties posed by a year like no others.

The tremendous efforts put in place throughout the past year allowed us to ensure an unrivalled commitment and quality of the service to our clients. The constant support we have given them has recently resulted in a new achievement consisting in the accomplishment of a further couple of lines for the production of PVC and TPO waterproofing membranes, in China.

With regard to the TPO one, Amut was awarded the 2nd contract by Suzhou Canlon Polymer Construction Materials Co. Ltd. for a turn-key plant featuring a configuration 2 or 3-layers, with reinforcement in glass net  or polyester net. The overall output is up to 2,200 Kg/h. The mineral fillers, such as anti-flame, are extruded through in-line processing.

Suzhou Canlon, focusing on high-polymer roofing and waterproofing solutions with a total market value over USD 450M, has a wide existing projects portfolio executed in the harshest climates, spanning over the four corners of the world, which were performed through its three production bases, located in China. The Chinese giant, on the occasion of an expansion of its facilities has reiterated its confidence in Amut’s extrusion technology, appropriate for high quality level in the final product.

“We promptly committed from the early stage of the job assignment, in order to deliver the project in due time”, commented Piergianni Milani, President of Amut Group, who added: “Subsequently to the design and engineering, we moved forward to the next phases and the outstanding dedication of our technical team, actively working during the recently concluded Christmas and year end period, has led us to achieve the goal. Despite the challenges and the constraints posed by the pandemic, we could carry out the mechanical erection and electrical assembly tasks in five weeks record time, ahead of the contract time frame and get the client’s final certification. Once this remarkable result was achieved, we were honored by the visit of Mr. Zhu Dongqiang, Chinese Waterproofing Association CEO, who came to view the assembled extrusion line for TPO waterproofing membrane.

This successful accomplishment testifies the Amut team unquestionable commitment to its customers fullest satisfaction”.
