Hasco has expanded its portfolio of components for injection moulds in two areas, hot runner systems and temperature control. The company is introducing a new variant of the Single Shot H6300 single nozzle with a head diameter of 25, while also extending its portfolio with PTFE corrugated hoses designed for high-temperature applications. In both cases, the focus is on parameters relevant to mould operation, such as process reliability, ease of maintenance, resistance to mechanical loads, and the ability to adapt the solution to a specific application. The new nozzle is intended to enable the production of small injection-moulded parts, while the PTFE hoses are aimed at applications involving the transfer of temperature control media under more demanding operating conditions.
The Single Shot H6300 is presented by the manufacturer as an economical and proven solution for processing both simple and technical plastics. The new, smallest version in the series complements the existing range and is intended to enable the production of small moulded parts with a shot weight of up to 80 g and an installation depth of up to 170 mm. The design includes replaceable wear parts such as nozzles and prechambers, which is intended to facilitate maintenance and repair work.
New Single Shot H6300 nozzle variant
The nozzle uses a heater pressed directly onto the nozzle body and a single control circuit. According to the manufacturer, this solution ensures uniform temperature distribution over the entire nozzle length. The temperature sensor is mounted externally, which allows it to be replaced quickly and without complex service work.
Hasco states that large flow channel diameters, customised heat distribution and gentle melt guidance are intended to ensure a homogeneous temperature profile and low shear during mould filling. The positioning of the thermocouple near the nozzle tip, the use of efficient insulation with high-quality titanium heads, and long heat transfer paths to the cold mould are in turn intended to enable stable processing even of plastics with a narrow processing window.
The compact design, low energy consumption and high mass throughput are intended to support economic operation of the system. The manufacturer also points to a favourable performance-to-price ratio. The use of various torpedoes and screw prechamber variants adopted from the Vario Shot series is intended to enable not only classic point gating, but also straightforward integration into the mould plate and rapid restoration of gate quality in the event of wear. Extended prechambers with the option of free machining are also available for connections on free-form surfaces or for sub-manifolds with gating cones.
According to the company, the new variant 25, like the other versions in the Single Shot H6300 series, can be ordered directly from the shop, from stock and at no extra charge. Different nozzle seating radii are available.

PTFE corrugated hoses for high temperatures
The second new product in Hasco's portfolio is PTFE corrugated hoses for temperature control systems. This solution has been designed for applications requiring both high flexibility and durability. The manufacturer states that, thanks to high elasticity and tear resistance, the hoses can withstand significant mechanical loads as well as abrasion and vibration. This is intended to translate into a long service life and stable operating performance.
Due to their high temperature resistance and flexibility, the new hose range is intended for use particularly in the area of high-temperature moulds. Hasco states that even at operating pressures of up to 125 bar, the PTFE hose provides reliable and efficient temperature control.
The corrugated inner core makes it possible to achieve a very small bending radius. At the same time, the hose is intended to remain resistant to twisting and kinking, which is meant to support a high flow rate of the medium. In addition, the user can prepare an application-specific configuration using the Hasco hose configurator by selecting the required length and connection type.
The extension of the portfolio with the new Single Shot H6300 nozzle version and PTFE corrugated hoses indicates Hasco's continued development of standard components for toolmakers and plastics processors. Both solutions address practical aspects of mould operation, from controlling processing conditions in the plastic feed area to maintaining stable media flow in the temperature control system.
