Haitian to showcase modular automation at K 2025

Haitian to showcase modular…

Haitian International, together with its sister company Haitian Smart Solutions, will use K 2025 to demonstrate a modular approach to automation and digitalization in injection molding production. The presentation will combine open interfaces for third-party integration, an in-house developed in-mold labeling system paired with the fifth generation Zhafir Zeres F electric packaging machine, linear robots from Hilectro, a broad range of peripheral equipment and the Go Factory Cloud MES. The emphasis is on configuring flexible manufacturing cells based on standardized connectivity and uniform control. All components are designed to be integrated in a plug-and-play manner to reduce set-up times and support reliable series production, while robotics with EtherCAT communication, integrated safety and energy-saving functions aim to enable precise, fast and efficient processes. The Go Factory MES, delivered free of charge and integrated ex works into all machines, provides real-time visibility and centralized data to simplify the start of digital production with minimal investment.

Open integration

The open integration concept is based on seamless connectivity. All Haitian and Zhafir injection molding machines are equipped with all common Euromap interfaces, allowing users to freely select and connect peripherals and automation systems from their preferred suppliers. This approach is intended to provide a future-proof basis for individualized manufacturing cells.

In-mold labeling system with Zhafir Zeres F

Haitian will premiere an in-house developed in-mold labeling system. In combination with the new fifth generation Zhafir Zeres F electric packaging machine, it forms a complete solution from a single source. Uniform control and plug-and-play integration are designed to shorten set-up times and increase process reliability.

Linear robots from Hilectro

The latest generation of Hilectro linear robots will be shown for the flexible automation of injection molding processes. The robots cover clamping forces from 40 to 8,800 tonnes, handle loads from 4 to 150 kg and offer positioning accuracy up to ±0.02 mm. EtherCAT bus communication and integrated safety and energy-saving functions support precise and efficient operation.

Peripherals and auxiliary equipment

In peripherals, Haitian Smart Solutions will present equipment for material preparation and processing, temperature control units, and conveyor and dosing devices. The devices are designed for ease of use and economical operation, can be integrated modularly into automation concepts and are intended for reliable series production.

Go Factory Cloud MES

Digitalization is presented as an integral part of the offering. With the Go Factory Cloud, Haitian Smart Solutions provides a free of charge MES integrated into all machines ex works. Functions include real-time monitoring, automatic fault messages, central process data storage and TV dashboards, enabling a quick entry into digital production with minimal investment.
