All-Electric Injection Molding - Advancing Green Manufacturing
The CT-e series all-electric injection molding machines are designed for high-precision applications in fields such as food packaging, optics, medical, and electronics - making them ideal for producing precision plastic components. With an injection speed of up to 300mm/sec and a positional repeatability of 0.01mm, this series ensures fast, accurate clamping and stable processes unaffected by oil contamination or temperature variations.
At the expo, FCS will showcase the CT-120e model with 120 tons of clamping force, producing a single-cavity PS cup (50g) with robotic part removal.
