After 16 years of leading the company, Piotr Nachiło stepped down from the role, having been responsible for the organisation's development and for building the ENGEL brand's position on the domestic market. In this context, the appointment of the new head is intended to support the company's further growth and transformation process. Benjamin Lettner has management experience gained in both Europe and the United States. Within the ENGEL Group, he was previously responsible for strategic development in many international markets. According to the company, his appointment confirms the growing importance of the Polish subsidiary within the group as a whole and the group's long-term commitment to developing its operations and cooperation with customers in Poland.
