Hasco expands the H4400 hot…

Hasco has introduced the H4400/… hot runner system, positioned as a cost-effective and easy-to-assemble solution for modern injection moulding applications. According to the company, hot runner systems are a key element of modern mould making and injection moulding technology, influencing process stability, part quality and manufacturing efficiency. In the case of the H4400/… solution, the manufacturer offers a complete plate assembly for the gate side, described as an exclusive mould plate. The system integrates the basic components responsible for melt guidance and distribution, from hot runner manifolds and nozzles to control technology. The purpose of the system is to keep the plastic in a processable state in the gate area and to ensure even, precise and repeatable filling of the mould cavities.

The modular systems are supplied as ready-to-install solutions and are individually adapted to the mould and the specific application. According to Hasco, this enables flexible integration with various injection moulding processes. The manufacturer also indicates that the electrically tested plug-and-play system can reduce assembly time by up to 50% and accelerate commissioning. Precise matching of all elements is intended to ensure reliable sealing and operational reliability during production. Integration into existing mould designs is also intended to be facilitated by individually selected connection dimensions, as well as electrical and media connections.

Process stability and reduced material waste

Hasco states that the system’s hot half is designed to ensure stable and efficient production. Direct injection into the mould cavities is intended to reduce gate waste and optimise material consumption. Consistent part quality is also expected to result from stable temperature control and optimised melt flow, which according to the company translates into repeatable process results.

The manufacturer emphasises that the solution is based on many years of experience and continuous technological development. In the company’s view, hot runner systems from this series are intended to combine material savings, improved product quality and optimisation of the processing operation.
