PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Black/graphite LDPE MFI 1.2 regranulate is made from post-production LDPE cosmetic tubes. The raw material comes from a homogeneous, controlled waste stream, ensuring consistent quality from batch to batch and stable processing parameters. The regranulate is produced through a melt filtration process using 200-micron meshes. Upon request, the mesh density can be adjusted to meet individual technological and quality requirements.

APPLICATION

The regranulate is mainly intended for extrusion and blow molding processes, including: • technical foils, sleeves and tapes in black/graphite, • bags, hoods, spacers, fillers, • protective sleeves, covers, sleeves, • small-sized elements formed by extrusion blow molding, • casing pipes, • cable pipes, • low-pressure technical pipes, • flexible hoses,
